missing Dr. Evan Swann appearance

Oh no! We're missing an appearance by ESU professor Dr. Evan Swann!

In the second story in Web of Spider-Man Annual #5 (which is not in the MCP at all [the second story, that is, not the entire Annual]), Dr. Evan Swann is empowered by the Uni-Power and becomes CAPTAIN UNIVERSE!

The Quantum Mechanic also appears; it's who Dr. Evan Swann fights.

Assuming the second story takes place at roughly the same time as the first story, then going by Spider-Man's chronology it should go here:
