Hulk and Angela Lipscomb in A3 39-40

Hulk's appearances in A3 39-40 are currently nested between his appearances in DEF2 4 and DEF2 5, but Cap and Iron Man both have their appearances listed prior to the beginning of the DEF2 series. Further, Hulk appears in BP3 35, which are consistently placed after DEF2 1-4 and, following that, the Infinity Abyss series, then before the remainder of the DEF2 series for all characters involved, but Black Panther's appearance in BP3 35 is listed as following A3 43 and therefore after A3 39-40, therefore the Hulk's appearance in BP3 35 preceding those in A3 39-40 seems incongruous.

Checking Paul B's calendar and my own copies of A3 39-40, there doesn't appear to be any mid-issue timejumps, plus the calendar places the A3 38-40 storyarc earlier in the overall timeline, preceding Hulk's appearance in H3 24. This also affects the listing for Hulk supporting character Angela Lipscomb, who appeared in A3 39.
