Cap appears in one panel of A 137 and declines to rejoin the Avengers. This is currently placed during CA 191, the issue where Falcon is put on trial. “Days” pass on CA 191 page 7, and Cap doesn’t appear on page 7.
For future reference, Iron Man does appear on page 7 as spokesperson for the Avengers, which is currently placed during A 137.
