Egghead (Elihas Starr)
Raz Malhotra (from Techbusters)
A.I.-vengers (Pymtech LMDs of Iron Man [Stark], Thor, Captain America [Rogers], Beast, Simon Williams, Hawkeye [Barton], Ms. Marvel [Danvers]) - all destroyed

Framing sequence - part 1
--------------------------------
Ant-Man (Scott Lang)
Machinesmith
Grizzly (Maxwell Markham)
bartender in a Miami bar

Framing sequence - part 2
--------------------------------
Ant-Man (Lang)
Wasp (Janet Van Dyne)
bartender and patrons of some other Miami bar

Raz Malhotra (ex-employee of Techbusters) - possibly the next Ant-Man?
Raz's boyfriend (not named)

Notes: This story is basically a present-day ("now") framing sequence bookending an extended flashback.
The extended flashback takes place sometime after Scott Lang was no longer dead, after Captain America was no long white and after Thor was longer a dude. So, in the fairly recent past.
The first part of the framing sequence takes place just after the Avengers: Rage of Ultron OGN and the second part takes place "days" later.

All of the other flashbacks are just single images without any dialogue so none of them add any new material. One of them is actually the cover of Avengers #275 which is a scene which didn't actually occur in that issue's story.

One question: Does this mean that the Rage of Ultron OGN takes place in the recent past, sometime before the Multiverse ended?

I suspect it means, rather, that this annual takes place post-Secret Wars!
