Two things. First, Elmar Radd's first name is misspelled as "Elamr."
Second, the listings for Elmar Radd and her husband, Jartran Radd, don't mention SS3 84, when the Silver Surfer had a near-death experience in which he encountered the spirits of his parents who had been sent to guide him. Is that because their presence might have been just a hallucination? Or does the MCP discriminate against ghosts?
Oh, and there's also their appearance in SS3 100, as two of the souls trapped in Mephisto's realm until they were freed when the Silver Surfer "killed" Mephisto. Of course, given that Mephisto allowed the Surfer to believe that he had killed the demon lord so that he would experience emotional anguish caused by his breaking of his solemn vow to never kill again, it may be that their appearance in that issue was an illusion?

Re: Silver Surfer's parents
Ghosts (& corpses) count, if real. It's just whether they ARE genuine appearances that have been missed or not.
