Hulk vs Superman chronology questions

In indexing the book "Incredible Hulk vs Superman" for the Unofficial Guide to the DC Universe, i would like to enter before and after appearances for the characters.

Since they are not standard 616 characters, would anyone have an idea where they appear in relation to the regular characters chronologies?

Characters include:

Superman and Lois Lane Kent and Bruce Banner (present day framing sequence)

Superman, Lois Lane, Perry White, Lex Luthor (still has some red hair) and Sydney Happersen

Hulk (spontaneously transforms during the daytime), Betty Ross, General Ross, Rick Jones

Hulk has been pardoned for his crimes due to defeating the Metal Master (H #6).

I've actually toyed with the idea of trying to cover the entire Earth-7642 chronology for MCP (which is the Earth upon which this story takes place).
