How old is Nikoleta Harrow? In Morbius (2013) #6 (first appearance) she says, "I don't trust anyone older than 25." and she keeps referring to AIM as "our parents" in MK:H.
Her father, Jonas Harrow, must be the Jonas Harrow from ASM 114 who created Hammerhead. In turn Hammerhead's appearance in SMTGLW 14 (=AFSY 15) means Harrow operated on Hammerhead before the beginning of the Marvel era. By ASM 126 Harrow is not with AIM anymore, putting his appearance in M/K:H 3-FB somewhere between the creation of Hammerhead before AFSY 15 & ASM 126. If she's 25 at the most in Morbius 6, she would be 15 in 1973 stories (shortly before ASM 126). So I would not place the M/K:H 3-FB with 1967 issues. The tensions in M/K:H 3-FB probably lead to Harrow's resignation or dismissal and he returns to enhancing common criminals. Modok's next appearance after the failure of Project: Miru (the creation of Nikoleta) is in IH 167 and the M/K:H series keeps referring to AIM's attempt to replicate the Hulk. (Also note the Dr. Doom-MODOK rivalry in Sub-Mariner 48-50, 1972.)

The appearance of Dr. Midas in M/K:H 4 places this story before the Original Sin crossover (since he turns into a Thing-like monster in OSIN). The total span of M/K:H from the flashback in #4 to the conclusion is at least two weeks. The homeless state of Banner at the beginning does not fit with his status in Indestructible Hulk & Hulk vol. 3. I have not checked his guest appearances in other series to see if a smooth transition is possible. If the series is to be placed close to publication date, a break is needed in INDH 20. The problem is that Banner mentions the pacifying influence of Jessup and the previous issues on pages 18 & 19, leaving only a break between panels 4 & 5 page 19 as a possibility (just before he's shot). On the plus side, the nightmare about being killed for national security reasons in M/K:H 3 resonates with Maria Hill's threat on page 17 of INDH 20.
