The Kingpin appears on page 2 panel 4 of IW 5, walking the streets of New York in his, at the time, derelict state, as Sleepwalker notices every soul on the planet has become entranced. The Infinity War crossover occurs between issues 311 and 312 of Daredevil’s book, so Kingpin’s listing should look like this,
