Thunderbolts Annual (2014) #1

Thunderbolts Annual (2014) #1 was published between Thunderbolts (2013) #19-20. Currently, the MCP listings place it between pages of #20.
However -- in the Annual, the Thunderbolts are on their submarine base. (Visible on page 9 panel 1.) And that sub was destroyed in Thunderbolts #16. Whoops!
Therefore the Annual should take place sometime before #14, the start of the arc (#14-18) that includes the sub's destruction. I'd recommend between #13-14.
However -- in the Annual, the Thunderbolts are on their submarine base. (Visible on page 9 panel 1.) And that sub was destroyed in Thunderbolts #16. Whoops!
