Here are some iffy ones possibly worth mentioning. The 50s character named Ghost Rider (Rex Fury) wasn't a Marvel character. However, Marvel clearly ripped off the character's name and appearance with its first Ghost Rider series in the 60s (afterwards renamed Night Rider and then Phantom Rider). Interestingly, the handbooks have identified Rex Fury as a possible ancestor of Nick. Further, The Outlaw Files specifically reference a couple of Rex Fury's stories, hinting that they take place in 616. With all of that said, there were three original Rex Fury stories published in Australia, so perhaps they're worth an honorable mention?

All Favourites Comic (1956)#61 "Vigilantes of Hate!"
All Favourites Comic (1956)#62 "The Vanishing Herd!"
All Star Adventure Comic (1959) #46 "The Scream in the Night!"

I think All Favorites Comic (1956)#62 "The Vanishing Herd!" should be nominated and made into a movie for people all over the world to know
