I have been looking at Flash Thompson's chronology to place the Spider-Man story in Marvel 75th Anniversary Celebration.

Analysis:
The flashbacks in V2 22 take place around high school graduation. Flash tells Liz to go to the prom with him and when Flash says he won a football game, his father mentions his cousin graduated medical school "this week." Currently they're dispersed at various points of his timeline. It also works with the flashback in 27.1 where Flash beats up a fellow student, acting out the violent beating he received from his father upon another.
V2 22 (17:4 - 17:6)-FB-FB can stay where it is. His new outlook as a soldier would certainly lead him to protect his sister from their abusive father.
Also V2 5 (11:1)-FB occurs "before he joined the army" but has been placed after he's inducted. It's Flash getting drunk. Since this is not how we saw Flash in his original appearances at school, I suppose it took place during the holidays and so I place it in the summer after the graduation.
As for the 75th Anniversary story it features the five-member Coffee Bean gang, which existed on a regular basis from ASM 44 (MJ joins) to ASM 47 (the day before Flash leaves for the army). Due to Spidey having his arm in a sling from 44 to 46, I place it after 46. It puts the Kingpin's appearance in the 75th Anniversary issue before Spidey meets him in ASM 50 but this is fully accounted for as Spidey never actually meets the Kingpin in the story, we're only told he suspects who the mastermind is but not what this suspicion is. Maybe he suspects Frederick Foswell, the former Big Man who has been operating suspiciously as Patch, tailing Parker in ASM 46. The writer Tom DeFalco knew better than to feature a retroactive first meeting and so he kept the Kingpin behind the scenes from Spider-Man's viewpoint.
I checked later appearances of Flash to see if he ever met his friends in civvies but he's always got his uniform on. Both inserts X&SM 1 and SM/HT do not show Harry with his Fu Manchu moustache so I move them after he shaves it, just before ASM 83 where Flash leaves for Vietnam, as confirmed in SM/HT 2 "shipping back out soon."
Flash's father's appearance in the graduation three-parter WTSM 7-9 is missing.

Concerning Harry's mustache, Peter indeed sees Harry shave it off in ASM 82, so X&SM 1 and SM/HT 2 should be moved. But Jonah also has X&SM 1 before ASM 81, and you skipped SMF2 9 for Spider-Man between SM/HT 2 and ASM 81, and Marvel Girl has X&SM 1 before SMF2 9.

SMF2 9 cannot take place in 1970 as Ghost Rider does not exist yet and cannot be on SHIELD's list of possible Hulk handlers. (The western era Ghost Rider could not either.) Peter Parker only learns of Ghost Rider in M/TU 15 and Ghost Rider departs New York for the Southwest in M/SPT 8 (11 - 20), explaining why he is not available in SMF2 9.
Not sure why I missed JJJ. I know the review started from looking for the Coffee Bean gang to place them in Marvel 75th Anniversary and then noting incoherences in Flash's chronology. The search function may have stopped working around this time.
