Since Manning was native to Earth-7484, you'll find his listing and the issues you mentioned on the Numbered Alternate Universes 0-10000 page. Anyone native to an alternate universe, such as Bishop or Rachel Summers, has their listings on the alternate universes pages.

I've moved this to the Alt U forum because it's not an analysis, which looks for all the characters in a given issue(s) and some context about where to place them!

Bad examples. Anyone permanently resident in the MU is on the main A-Z page and, while the original Deathlok isn't, both Bishop and Rachel are

The Alternate Realities page collapses itself; just let it happen then open whatever universe you want to look at (in this case, Earth-7484).
