Is this Hardee's exclusive mini-series considered canon? I saw it listed in a profile for Phantasia on uncannyxmen.net

Yes, the handbooks have clarified that it's 616.

I see, it wasn't listed on the MCP checklist or the non-canon list which is why I brought it up. Just my curiosity again
