Not to be the guy who keeps rattling on about Howard, but HTD5 7 (and, by extension, the Daredevil flashbacks) definitely precede HTD5 6 --see the recap pages of both #7 and #8. Also, I just noticed that HTD5 7 takes place after Deadpool joins the Unity Squad (Howard mocks Steve Rogers about that).

But as far as I know there are no post-SW stories in which Daredevil's ID is still public knowledge, in which Cho is not yet the Hulk, or--aside from Rage of Ultron--in which Tony still has his old armor design. So my suspicion is that the safest way to start the post-SW sequence would be:

Rage of Ultron [& associated Ant-Man stuff]
[Avengers disband]
Death of X
[somewhere around here Tony alters the external look of his armor before he redesigns its functional parts]
Totally Awesome Hulk flashbacks
Daredevil flashbacks [again, if we assume that the characters who appear in one wordless panel just happened to go on to be the ANAD Avengers, it's going to save a lot of trouble]
CA: SAMW flashbacks

Yeah, "several" does imply more than "three" (HTD5 6 happens "3 months ago" while HTD5 7 happens "several months ago" for those not keeping track). Also, Cho-as-Hulk is in DD5 19-FB along with the other characters, and he never joined the Avengers. Maybe it is just a random gathering?

(am I the only person that wants to call Cho-as-Hulk "Teen Hulk"? I have to keep deleting "Teen" whenever I type about him)

(also, the Howard book was fantastic, so rattle on as much as you want!)

As long as I'm here, some notes:

NHAWK2 1-6 lasts a week, maybe two?, and were published at the same time as HYP 1-6. NHAWK2 2-FB happens “many months ago” and occurs shortly-ish after the Squadron Supreme killed Namor. I’m just going to say this series happens at roughly the same time as HYP 1-6.

*

DD5 1-5 happens over a week or so (maybe two weeks). In HTD5 7, Murdock is a hotshot prosecutor. In DD5 1-5 he’s demoted, so HTD5 7 has to happen before DD5 1.

DD5 6-7 happen over a day or two and Blindspot’s arm is broken; he’ll be in a cast for at least a month.

DD5 8-9 happen in a night in Hong Kong, guest starring Spider-Man. No Blindspot. Published the same month as ASM4 13-15.

DD@4 1 happens in a night, Echo appears and Klaw is the villain. Published the same month as DD5 10. The second story happens at some point in the past when DD was still wearing his red suit.

DD/P 1-4 happens in one night. Murdock is still a hotshot prosecutor, so before his demotion, so before DD5 1. DD/P 1 came out the same month as HTD5 7.

DD5 10 says that Daredevil has been back in New York for “almost a year now.” **IF** where I currently have DD5 17-20-FBs is correct (late November), then this would likely be somewhere around September-ish, so probably/maybe after CIVIL WAR II. If DD5 17-20-FBs happen earlier (which it's sounding like) DD5 10 may still be September-ish.

*

Patsy Walker #1-7 happen over an undetermined amount of time, not too long or too short. Howard the Duck shows up in #4, which came out the same month as HTD5 5.

*

NO6 1-4 happen over a week or so, the ANADA have already formed, Iron Man, Vision, Ms. Marvel & Spider-Miles appear. Published same month as ANADA 3-6, MSM4 3-4, VIS3 3-4 & SM2 5-7.

NO6 5-6 happen at some later date and happen over a day.

NO6 7 happens at some later date, happens pretty quickly, and Iron Man appears on the last page or two. Overlaps with ANADA 9?

*

Karnak #1-6 happens over a few days and doesn’t have much to do with anything else. There were a lot of publishing delays with this mini, but #1 came out before ANINHS 1 and UINHS 1. I’m leaning toward this happening fairly early on, but we’ll see what happens I guess.

*

MK8 1-14 take place pretty much in Moon Knight's head, has no guest stars and is really its own thing. #1 came out the month before CWII, and the series finished after CWII. As far as I can see Moon Knight was making no appearances elsewhere while this volume was being released so it really doesn't matter where we place it.

Yeah, i have the same problem - also with Spider-Miles, to the point where if anyone is referring to him or his title without being specific about the character, my brain assumes they're referring to Peter Parker.

Spidey comes down from Shanghai to help out DD in these issues, if that's relevant at all - he's doing a lot of jet-setting at this point..

DD5 10 starts the Muse story. Blindspot has just come out of his cast. DD5 11 takes place "a few weeks after" issue DD5 10, and DD5 11-20 take place in short order, and definitely after Civil War II, so DD5 10 is likely just prior to that..

For what it's worth, NO6 1-6 occurs during a school week..

I have the NO5 7 crossover with ANADA 9 like this..

The Wasp segments occur first..

All-New, All-Different Avengers 9 (1-15) [Jarvis works around the Avengers Hangar when an explosion rocks the building; Nadia Pym enlarges to full size, telling them she’s not the enemy, and calling herself the Wasp, and she is Janet’s step-daughter; the Vision fades out, reappearing in another part of the room but missing an arm, and Wasp tells them if he’s malfunctioning she can help, telling them she’s been studying the Vision and really can help; Iron Man gets Jarvis to deal with Wasp while he runs diagnostics on the Vision; Wasp tells Jarvis she's the daughter of Hank Pym and his first wife, Maria, causing Tony to remark that she does bear a resemblance to Hank, and Jarvis notes that she would be the right age; as they debate whether there is any Kangtech still operating within Vision, he begins to go superthermal, and Wasp enters Vision to see if there’s anything biochemical which could be affecting him]
Civil War II 2016 FCBD 1/2 (1-4, 8-9) [Wasp flies thru the inner workings of the Vision, planting nano-explosives within him]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 9 (16:1-2) [Wasp exits Vision, telling the Avengers she has planted explosives within him]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 9 (16:3) ~ Civil War II 2016 FCBD 1/2 (10) [Wasp’s explosives are detonated]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 9 (17) [Wasp’s explosives destroy all traces of Kangtech, and Vision begins a reboot; as Iron Man & Nova take Vision back to Stark’s lab, Tony thanks Wasp, telling her she did her father proud]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 9 (18) [After cleaning up, Jarvis takes Nadia to meet Janet]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 10 (12-14) [Jarvis & Nadia arrive at Janet Van Dyne’s residence as she races out to board a helicopter, calling for Nadia to accompany her to defuse a bomb that threatens to swallow the East Coast into the Microverse]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 12 (7-9) [Janet & Nadia meet with the President after defusing the Microverse Bomb, then spend the rest of the day doing girl-stuff together, when Jarvis calls, telling Jan that a delegation from the Russian Consulate would like to speak to Nadia]

Then we have the Nova tie-in..

All-New, All-Different Avengers 9 (19) [Next day Tony Stark & Sam Wilson find Vision studying time-travel technology, and he tells them that Kang has used him twice as a weapon against the Avengers, and that he will not do so again]
Nova 7 [Sam is contacted thru the helmet by Jesse’s clone; Sam rockets to the rescue, finding a Chitauri ship crewed by droids; Sam locates Jesse’s clone, who tells him that his father isn’t there, that he is dying, and has rigged the ship with explosives; returning home, Sam tells his mom that he’s going to find his father & doesn’t know how long he may be gone, then he calls Iron Man to advise him as to what he’s doing]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 9 (20) [Nova calls Iron Man, and Tony reminds him that combat excercises are about to commence, but Sam tells Tony that he is heading into space to find his father]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 10 (1-11) [Having used the ruse of personally selecting the Tri-State areas finest young scholars for a top-secret scientific field-trip to get Miles & Kamala on board, and using an old alien spaceship that Tony acquired cheap from an FF warehouse, and now powered by Thor’s hammer, the Avengers head into space to help Nova; Vision picks up multiple distress calls in multiple languages, and as they fly over a graveyard of derelict ships, they are fired on from a nearby tower and abandon ship]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 10 (15-20) [Nova, Miles & Kamala awaken to find themselves prisoners in the Negative Zone, shackled with energy bracelets, along with other castaways; when Kamala shrinks to slip out of the shackles, she is grabbed by Annihilus]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 11 [Nova, Miles & Kamala are put to work in a mining operation, while Sam & Tony help Vision, who is struggling under an antimatter sun; Tony, Sam & Vision locate Thor, watching her battle Annihilus near the Techtronicon Cannon; Nova, Miles & Kamala escape the guards, and head for the surface; Tony, Sam & Vision come to Thor’s aid; the Avengers keep Annihilus occupied, the Vision, wearing Nova’s helmet, disrupts Annihilus as Thor removes the Nega-Band, which opens a rift the Posiverse; they usher the prisoners thru the rift, then jump thru themselves, as the portal seals behind them, but as Vision gives the helmet back to Nova, they realize that Miles got left behind]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 12 (1-6) [Grabbing the Nega-Bands, Vision hits them together, trading places with Miles in the Negative Zone; Vision tells the Avengers they must work together to defeat Annihilus]
All-New, All-Different Avengers 12 (10-20) [Iron Man gives the Nega-Bands to Kamala, telling her she needs to take out the cannon from the inside; Nova grabs the Nega-Bands and swaps places with Kamala, then destroys the cannon, then they head back to Earth]

Totally Awesome Hulk #1-4 happen over two days (on the “last day of summer”). #5-6 take place at some later point and happens over two days (Thor appears, published same month as MT2 6-7).

TAH 1-4-FBs happen “4 months ago.”

I think the last day of summer thing is going to have to be ignored.

*

MSM4 1-3 starts after Ms. Marvel joins the Avengers. MSM4 1-FB happens “6 weeks” earlier, and is also after she joins the Avengers.

MSM4 4-6 happen at least a few weeks after MSM4 1-3. #6 spans two weeks, but she’s taking a break during that time so probably shouldn’t make any appearances elsewhere during that gap.

MSM4 7 is labeled as a prelude to CWII, but Ulysses appears and so is during CWII.

*

ASM4 6-8 happen over a few days.

ASM4 9-11 happen in a day, and may be shortly after ASM4 6-8. Mockingbird (a semi-regular supporting cast member) appears, probably before her book starts. When Scorpio sees the future, he lists upcoming events: Regent (the next story in ASM4), Civil War II, Clone Conspiracy, then Green Goblin’s return. In theory, that means CWII is before the Clone Conspiracy.

ASM4 12-18 happen over a few days and has a bunch of guest cameo appearances (Iron Man, ANADA, Squadron Supreme, Daredevil, Human Torch & some Inhumans, Iceman, others). Also, its “a couple of weeks” after ASM4 6-8. ASM4 19 happens at some later point. The big Clone Conspiracy story starts a week (give or take) after ASM4 19.

I’m finding it a little tricky to find a break for CWII in here. As I understand it, Iron Man’s unavailable to appear after CWII, so ASM4 12-18 (and seemingly the Clone Conspiracy story) should be before CWII. The only spot I’m seeing is between ASM4 18-19, but that would mean a supporting cast member is in the hospital for the entirety of CWII. That character doesn’t appear outside of ASM4 at this time, so I guess that’s fine.

ASM4 19/2 takes place “weeks” before the first story and overlaps with FCBD2016:CA 1 (second story). In it, Peter says that recent events have shown him life is short. I’m assuming this is a veiled reference to CWII.

Also, when Mary Jane shows up she makes it sound like she was recently hired by Tony Stark (her “new boss”). I’m wondering if IIM2 1-11 needs to be moved to later…

ASM@4 1’s first story is a standalone adventure. The second story bookends the first story and has Cloak and Dagger getting checked out by a doctor to see how they’re doing from the events of ASM4 6-8. The third story takes place in the past before Spider-Man gets his glowing chest spider suit. I can’t imagine they’d put medical tests off for TOO long (even though Cloak is reluctant), so I’ll say this might be before CWII.

*

International Iron Man #1-7 takes place during CWII, so it's off the list!

*

ASM&SILK:SFE 1-4 happens between SILK2 2-3. Easy!

ASM4 12-18 is written like there's no gap, but there has to be, due to Tony Stark's appearance in ASM4 15. ASM4 is one of those titles that has it's own internal chronology, that unfortunately doesn't really work when it's inserted into the general chronology of the shared universe. My take is that there's a gap after ASM4 15, during which CWII occurs, and a certain character is in hospital for the entirety. ASM4 16 begins with that character still in the hospital, where he must have been undergoing tests for the duration. He may even have been in and out of hospital several times during this period, off-panel, as tests were being conducted. ASM 4 16-20 lead directly into Clone Conspiracy, which really has to be post-CWII..

Also, i have IIM2 9-11 closer up before ASM4 12-15..

CWII has several gaps in it that should make all of this easier.

CWII 0 and 1 (1-2) happen over a fairly short span of time. (Ulysses' powers manifest.)

CWII 1 (3-25) is "weeks later": the ANAD Avengers et al. stop an alien attack, and find out about Ulysses' powers.

Then there's a "three-week" gap before FCBD:CWII, CWII 1 (25-37) and CWII 2 happen--it's during that gap that Civil War II: Amazing Spider-Man 1-4 appears to take place.

Then there's another gap between CWII 2 and 3, probably a fairly substantial one, although it doesn't have to be.

CWII 3-9 happen in a couple of days--Hawkeye's trial, the verdict announcement, then a short break, then the rest of the action, over a very short timespan. [EDIT: Nope, I'm wrong, see below--there's still another gap in which ASM4 12-15 can go!]

So it's reasonable to assume that ASM4 12-15 happen during the gap between Bruce Banner's death and the trial--probably near the end of that period. The Character Who Evidently Shall Not Be Named collapses at the end of 15, spends a couple of days in intensive care while CWII 3-9 happen, and then on we go with the run-up to Clone Conspiracy.

ASM4 9-11 could even happen during either the three-week gap in CWII 1 or the gap between CWII 2 and 3; Scorpio's vision of heroes fighting each other hasn't come to pass yet!

What am I missing?

According to The Accused, Hawkeye's Trial alone takes place over 23 days, not even counting the preliminaries. Bendis writes CWII like it's all happening very quickly, but the tie-in comics have much more happening in them, over rather a longer time-frame. Civil War II has to occur over at least a couple of months, which will allow for a number of stories to take place, especially within the early parts. I think that International Iron Man, among others, occurs within the early Civil War II phases..

However, with CWII 1-8 being published from July 2016 to Jan 2017, and Clone Conspiracy published from Dec 16 to May 17, i would probably try to place it after Civil War II..

Re: SECRET WARS to CIVIL WAR II

I've gone back and looked at Civil War II a bit more closely, along with Bendis's other series that tied into it and other books with "Civil War II" in the title, because I suspect having a bit of a spine to fit in other stories will help a lot. (I also suspect that a lot of the things we're now thinking of as "pre-CWII" actually take place during it.)

Here's what I've got, subject to further adjustments/additions (revised 5/29/18):

CWII 0, CWII 1 (1-2): Ulysses' powers manifest.

***GAP #1: "WEEKS" pass here, during which we get:
CWII: Ulysses 1-3
Ultimates #7 (Medusa wants to liaise with the Ultimates)
Ms. Marvel #7 (Ulysses in New Attilan)
Invincible Iron Man 12 (flashback): Tony's back from being away in IIM2 9-11, and meets Riri.
Captain America: Steve Rogers #4--which includes an image from FCBD:CWII, but that seems to be a symbolic flash-forward
New Avengers #12 (1-4)

CWII 1 (3-25): The alien attack, shortly after which everyone finds out about Ulysses' powers ~ New Avengers #12 (5-15) ~ Nova #8 (1-10) ~ CWII: Gods of War 1 (first scene) ~ Deadpool #14 (1-9)

Captain America: Steve Rogers #5 (4-6)
Deadpool #14 (10-20)
Nova #8 (11-15)

International Iron Man 4 (1-2): the next day
CWII: Choosing Sides 1 (Damage Control story)

***GAP #2: "THREE WEEKS" pass here, during which we get:

Captain Marvel 6
Deadpool 15-18
the rest of Civil War II: Gods of War #1 and #2-4
New Avengers 12 (16-20), 13-18
All-New Wolverine 8-12
Ms. Marvel #8
Nova #8 (16-20)
Nova #9 (1-16)
Spider-Man 2099 #13-16 (present-day bits; subsequent issues may be set not long after these)
CWII: Choosing Sides 1 (Night Thrasher)
Civil War II: Amazing Spider-Man 1-4
present-day bits of International Iron Man #1-7, "one week" after the flashback in #4
CWII: Choosing Sides 5 (Alpha Flight)
CWII: Choosing Sides 5 (Misty Knight)
CWII: Choosing Sides 6 (Jessica Jones)
CWII: Choosing Sides 6 (White Fox)
CWII: Choosing Sides 1-6 (Nick Fury)
ANAD Avengers 13
Squadron Supreme #9-14, 15 (1-11)
Spider-Woman #9, 10 (1-6)
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 7 (1-6) "one week" before the rest of the issue
Ultimates 8 (8-12)

FCBD:CWII, CWII 1 (25-37) and CWII 2 (1-21): Thanos kills Rhodey and beats She-Hulk, Tony kidnaps Ulysses, Ulysses has his Hulk vision

***GAP #3: a very eventful few days, apparently, including:

Ultimates #8 (13-20)
A-Force #8-10
Patsy Walker, A.K.A. Hellcat! #8
Power Man & Iron Fist #6 (Iron Fist can't appear between here and #7)
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 7 (7-20), 8, 9

Captain America: Sam Wilson 10 (Rhodey's funeral service)
CWII: Choosing Sides 2 (Rhodey's funeral)
CWII: Choosing Sides 2 (Goliath)
Captain America: Sam Wilson #11-13
Captain America: Steve Rogers #5 (10-11)
Scarlet Witch #9
Ms. Marvel #9-11
Uncanny Inhumans #11-14--Stark Tower destroyed in #11
Invincible Iron Man #12 (1-3, 18-20) and 13

Spider-Man 6-8 (1-14)
CWII 2 (22), CWII 3 (flashbacks): Carol confronts Banner, Barton kills Banner

Spider-Man 8 (15-20)

***GAP #4: about a month between Banner's death and the beginning of the trial, during which we get:

Ultimates 9 (6-20)
Spider-Woman #10 (7-20)
Spider-Woman #11 (1-11)
Uncanny Avengers 13-FB
Uncanny Avengers 13
Uncanny Avengers 14 (Banner is buried)
Uncanny Avengers 15-17
[Uncanny Avengers 18-23 are not officially Civil War II issues, but they seem to fit here; also, Dr. Strange isn't present, but Wong is using magic! Yes, this means that UA3 goes directly from CWII to Secret Empire, but that's fine as long as the Unity Squad doesn't appear between here and there]
Spider-Woman #11 (12-20) (at some point within a week after UA3 #13)
Nova #9 (17-20)
Nova #10-11 (Sam has talked to Tony about his problem, so Tony's still around...)
Captain Marvel #7 -FB
Captain Marvel #7-8
ANAD Avengers 14
ANAD Avengers 15
Captain America: Steve Rogers #5 (12) is a montage covering this period
CWII: Choosing Sides 3 (Kate Bishop)
CWII: Choosing Sides 3 (JJJ)
CWII: Choosing Sides 4 (Power Pack)
CWII: Choosing Sides 4 (Punisher)
CWII: Kingpin 1-4
CWII: X-Men 1-4
Captain Marvel 9 and most of 10; "2 weeks" pass before the final scene of #10, and the Triskelion is under repair
Mockingbird 6 (1-8)

CWII #3: testimony at the trial

***GAP #5: 23 days' worth of trial, per Civil War II: The Accused, more or less confirmed by Civil War II: The Fallen, including:

Mockingbird 6 (9-20)
Mockingbird 7
Mockingbird 8 (1-19)
Power Man & Iron Fist #7-9
[I'm going to guess that Power Man & Iron Fist #10-15 happen here, because there's WAY too much magic flying around for it to be after the post-magic parts of Dr. Strange]

CWII #3, final scene: verdict is read
CWII #4 (1-6)
Invincible Iron Man 14 (1-19)
Ultimates 10-11
CWII #4 (7-16) ~ Captain America: Steve Rogers #5 (13)
Captain America: Steve Rogers #5 (14-16)

***GAP #6: a bit under two weeks, including:

Totallly Awesome Hulk #9-12 (7 and 8 are labeled as CWII, but are both flashbacks)
Mockingbird #8 (20)
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. #10 (non-flashback bits)

[possible placement for ASM4 12-15]

Guardians of the Galaxy 10 (final scene)-12 (1-10): Carol calls in the Guardians and they head to Earth (earlier GotG issues may happen here too)
Rocket Raccoon & Groot 8-10

CWII #4 (17-23): Carol has Alison Green in custody, Tony shows up with his army, Carol has HER army including the Guardians
CWII #5 ~ Captain America: Steve Rogers #5 (19-20)
CWII #6 (1-19) ~ Captain America: Steve Rogers #6 (3-7, 10-13)
Guardians of the Galaxy #12 (11-20), 13 (more or less simultaneous with part of the above)
Thunderbolts #5
Captain America: Steve Rogers #6 (18-20)
Spider-Man #9
CWII #6 (20-22), 7, 8
Spider-Man #10
CWII: The Oath
Ultimates #12

Invincible Iron Man 14 (20), "two weeks" after pp. 1-19, and Tony's mom hasn't heard the news yet
The first two parts of Venom: Space Knight #11-13 are labeled as CWII, and it could potentially go in the same period as Rocket Raccoon & Groot #8-10, but Flash's "it's good to be grounded" suggests that it's actually shortly after CWII is all over!

That looks pretty good, Clive_Reston. :D

Just a couple of quick additions to go with that..

Mockingbird 6 (1-8) has Bobbi watching news of Clint's trial about to begin. Mock 6 (9-20) has Bobbi watching day two of Clint's trial. Mock 7 begins the following day. Mock 8 (1-19) begins with her having been stuck in the Bermuda Triangle for an indefinite period. Mock 8 (20) is two weeks later, and Clint is out of prison.

These issues are likely after Bobbi's appearance in Agents of SHIELD 8-10 and New Avengers 12 (16-20) - 18. Bobbi's appearance in Power Man & Iron Fist 8-10 likely occurs during the latter part of Clint's trial, before Mock 8 (20).

Totally Awesome Hulk 9-11 takes place in the immediate aftermath of Clint's acquittal.

Hmn.

I was hoping to put off reading CIVIL WAR II until I had gotten through most of the pre-CWII stuff, but I guess I'll be reading it soon. Oh well.

But yeah, it's possible some of these stories may end up taking place during the crossover. I still think the more natural break for Spider-Man is between ASM4 18-19, though. ASM4 19/2 takes place "weeks" before ASM4 19 and ASM4 19/2 overlaps with FCBD2016:CA 1 (second story) which pretty much has to happen after the CWII Kingpin mini. Besides, it's not unusual for someone to be hospitalized for a while if the condition is serious enough, and as pointed out, they could have gone in and out of the hospital.
Clive_Reston wrote:The Character Who Evidently Shall Not Be Named
Sure, why not? :)

Also, as long as I'm here:

NA4 11 wants to happen shortly after the STANDOFF! crossover (but doesn't have to be), and immediately after SCRW2 8 (I’m taking the “finally happening” meeting between Scarlet Witch and her kids in SCRW2 8 to lead into / the same meeting as NA4 11 between Scarlet Witch, one of her kids and his boyfriend).

CA:SAMW 9 happens long enough after STANDOFF! for Chance to go to more than one gamblers’ anonymous meeting. Also, there’s a flashback to shortly after the crossover. Also also, this is where young Steve Rogers publicly returns as Cap.

UA3 9-12 has Steve Cap running around in public, so after CA:SAMW 9. Ultron/Pym returns and Wasp appears.

ANADA 9 overlaps with NO6 7, then 10-12 happen pretty quickly. New Wasp debuts and classic Wasp appears. Published at basically the same time as UA3 9-12, but I have it in my head for some reason that this should be after that.

ANADA@ 1 happens in one night and only Ms. Marvel and Spider-Miles appear.

FCBD2016: CA (first story) & CA:SR 1-3 has Steve Cap running around in public, so after CA:SAMW 9. Also, it's been a while since STANDOFF!, so closer to CWII than away from it.

ULTS4 7 is the return of Thanos and should probably happen closely-ish to CWII.

Excellent points, one and all. I've incorporated them into my CWII sequence above...

IIM2 12-FB happens “three weeks ago” and pretty much right after IIM2 11. IIM2 12 (the current day bookend bits) happens during CWII. I guess that means IIM2 1-11 happen a lot closer to CWII than I had it.

*

MOCK 1-FB has cameos by Iron Man, Hercules (same month as HRC3 5) & Howard the Duck (same month as HTD5 5) and happens “1 month” before the main story. “5 days later” in MOCK 1-FB Black Widow (month before BW8 1) cameos. “1 week” later in MOCK 1-FB Luke Cage & Jessica Jones (same month as PM&IF3 2) cameo. MOCK 1 came out the same month as ASM4 9. MOCK 4 has Hawkeye in it (same month as NA4 12 and two months after ANHAWK2 6). MOCK 5 has Howard the Duck (same month as HTD5 9) & Spider-Miles (who has the chicken pox).

Here’s how it basically fits together:

MOCK 1 (3-10)-FB
MOCK 2
MOCK 1 (11-15)-FB
MOCK 3
MOCK 1 (16-18)-FB
MOCK 4
MOCK 1
MOCK 5

There are other -FB-FBs but they’re further in the past.

*

TB3 1-4 happen pretty quickly, young Steve Cap appears doing public things (so after CA:SAMW 9) and the Inhumans appear. Also the Squadron Supreme. Published the same month as HYP 6 & NHAWK2 6.

*

HRC4 1-6 happens over a handful of days. It SEEMS as though HRC4 6 leads right in to CWII:GOW 1, but that doesn’t necessarily have to be the case. As Hercules explains it to Teen Hulk he does what he’s doing on a semi-regular basis; HRC4 6 and CWII:GOW 1 could very well be two different instances.

HRC4 2 says it happens in early December. Also, Hercules appears in MOCK more than once visiting the doctor. I’m going with the theory that Hercules is getting his shoulder checked out various times after HRC4 6 and before CWII:GOW 1 following “Iron Man’s” advice. Also, that the New Gods are waiting for CWII to happen to do their thing, explaining the lag between their starting their plan in HRC4 1-6 and enacting on it in CWII:GOW 1-4.

*

BK3 1-5 happens after Deadpool has joined the Uncanny Avengers (and most likely after Spider-Man has quit). BK3 2-FB happens “months ago” at a point before Steve Rogers has formed the new Uncanny Avengers, and before he and Sam Wilson had their split. BK3 1-FB happens “three months” ago and is when Black Knight took charge of his chunk of Weirdworld (so he’s been there at least three months, but probably a bit longer than that).

*

Also, “magic not working like it’s supposed to” (as a general theme) is mentioned in AVENGERS STANDOFF!, SCRW2, HRC4 & IIM2 as well as DS4. Scarlet Witch mentions she’s already noticed (or would have if she wasn’t cut off) in DS4, so in theory SCRW2 should start before DS4. I’m still up in the air as to where DS4 1-2 should go…

All of which currently leaves me with:

Ant-Man Annual 1 takes place right after Rage of Ultron, with flashback to the last time Scott saw Hank.

Re: ANT@ 1
You’re right!

ASTONANT 1-11’s current bits all happen while Ant-Man is in prison. An editor’s note says ASTONANT 12-13 (which is shortly after 1-11) is before CWII (because of She-Hulk, I’m sure).

ASTONANT 1-FB happens “8 months” before the current section, at a point when school is in session.

ASTONANT 2-5-FB has Sam Cap, and an editor’s note says it happens before CA:SAMW 4 (but as pointed out earlier that also means before #3).

ASTONANT 6-11-FB probably happens a bit after #5 (or, technically, there’s a break near the end of #5) and has Kate Hawkeye. Published same month as ANHAWK2 5, so likely after that series ends. ASTONANT 8 mentions that Luke Cage and Iron Fist are doing stuff (they don’t appear, but still), so I’ll have to read that series next.

ASTONANT 11-13 is Ant-Man’s trial and he’s finally set free. Also, he closes his business.

Ant-Man hasn’t been in jail for eight months, it’s just that everything that led to him ending up in jail started eight months ago. He might have only been in jail for three weeks, we just don’t know for sure.

*

PM&IF3 1 has Tombstone in it; he was captured by Regent over in ASM4, so likely before ASM4 12. Also, likely after his appearance in ILLUM 2-3. Spider-Woman appears in #2 (same month as SW6 3, but she’s no longer pregnant here). Doctor Strange is in #3 (published the month after his cameo in HTD5 5). #4 finishes the first story and Power Man and Iron Fist officially reform their partnership (so, before ASTONANT 8-FB).

PM&IF3 5 happens at least a few weeks after #4 and features the debut of the super-awesome POWER-FIST MOBILE.

*

The New Avengers are in USQG2 8-11 (#8 same month as NA4 11).

USQG2 11 says it’s in August. It’s in Squirrel Girl’s dream so I’ll use that to ignore it.

USQGBUM/U has lots of guest stars.

USQG2 12-14 happens at a point before Ant-Man closes his business (USQG2 13 & ASTONANT 13 were published the same month). Also, Iron Man and Spider-Man are available to send texts.

USQG2 15 has a cameo by Iron Man, so before the end of CWII. Probably sometime during CWII.

*

MG&DDINO 1-12 all want to be one big chain of events over the course of a few weeks. As noted earlier, there are two breaks in #12 (between 6-7 & 17-18). Of course it’s at the end of #12 after both breaks where Moon Girl finds out she’s the smartest person on the planet, so if that’s mentioned anywhere else (like the Extraordinary X-Men Annual, maybe?) it’ll have to be after #12.

I’m going to say the big science fair in #12 is at the end of the school year, so MG&DDINO 12 (7-17) happens in early/mid-May. MG&DDINO 1-11 & 12 (1-6) would be a month or two before that in the middle of the school year. MG&DDINO 12 (18-20) would be some time after that, quite likely after CWII finishes.

*

SM2099v3 1 starts some time after ASM4 1 (backups); Miguel has had the job Peter offered him for a while now. SM2099v3 2 mentions that Miguel and Tempest had been dating for “8 months.” They weren’t dating yet by the end of SM2099 v2, so this is one of those “it happened in the meantime” things. In theory, if they started dating after SECRET WARS then this would be in “March” at the earliest. Peter Parker shows up in #2 (published same month as ASM4 2).

All of Miguels’ cuts & bruises from #1 have healed by #3, but we can probably chalk that up to faster healing from super powers. The plot wants to be shortly after #2, so I’ll say it’s been a few days. Peter Parker shows up again. #3-7 happen on the same day (Peter arrives again in #6, same month as ASM4 7-8).

SM2099v3 8 happens at most a few days after #7. #7-8 happen in one day, Spider-Man appears again, and Tempest’s mother is watching the presidential debates on TV.

SM2099v3 9-12 wants to pick up “36 hours” after #8. However, if needed, we can assume Miguel (as Spider-Man) has been visiting Tempest’s mother more than once and there’s a bigger break than implied. If needed. A villain who died in #3 has already been buried by #9; four days seems fast to bury someone (I’d think a week would be closer, maybe longer for a cyborg?), but whatever. Also, it’s likely early in baseball season, so April/May?

SM2099v3 13 is a CWII tie-in, and wants to pick up like, the day after #12. Looks like we’ll need that break after all. That means SM2099v3 9-12 technically happen during CWII.

*

Arkon appears briefly in WWORLD2 1, who then goes on to appear in SQS4. Aside from that, WWORLD2 1-6 sticks to its own corner of Weirdworld. Publication order for Arkon would suggest WWORLD2 1-6 goes before SQS4 2-5.

*

As noted earlier, RW2 1-6 has pretty much nothing to do with anything else and can happen anywhere we want.

A couple of random notes..

In SM2099v3 1 Miguel’s assistant Raul reports to him that they were able to pull strings to get Alchemax’s prison funding yanked, leaving Empire Unlimited the sole group building the new prison complex on Rykers Island, so has to go before ASM4 1/2-1/6. There can be a break between pages 16 & 17 of SM2099v3 1.

SM2099v3 9-25 all seem to occur in rapid succession. During issue 13, Peter Parker speaks to Miguel about a vision concerning 2099, so during CWII, and likely during the period when Ulysses is under Spider-Man's tuition.

and PM&IF3 6 starts with Danny, Luke & Jessica watching breaking news footage of the tragedy at Project Pegasus..
