In 1909 there are Victor Creed, Nathaniel Essex and Logan and a time-displaced Sir Percy of Scandia. I will leave the X-Men characters to those more familiar with their convoluted chronology to focus on Sir Percy.
The only indication we have is "I was sent to this time period by the she-witch Morgane Le Fay" From the dialogue, "I swear by Arthur Pendragon himself" Arthur is still alive.
Since his English is understood by Americans, I would surmise he's an older version, after he possessed Dane Whitman in modern England in NXCal 10 and was time displaced to the present in FF 405.
In NXCal Sir Percy is already a highly trusted advisor of Arthur so it should take place after UO 11 (13:4)-FB (where "Percival played the foppish minstrel" which he does not in XCal). But he doesn't seem married so maybe he didn't tell Lady Rosamund yet as he does in BK2 1 (7:2 - 7:4)-FB

Baron Blood and Dracula appear in 1945 in the USA after Baron Blood defected to America. Also Captain America (with triangular shield!) and Bucky. It must be early 1945 because Germany is still described as an enemy and Cap and Bucky are still active. In Dracula Lives 2/3 Dracula is still in Europe during WW II. In TOD 33-FB Dracula is in England in 1945 and says to Harker he has "travelled across the world... but found one of your agents, always one of your men pursuing me" so these words could refer to his recent travel from Europe to America.

This leaves a small window between Feb and April 1945 for Cap and Bucky. The triangular shield must be an artistic error as it functions as a boomerang against Dracula. Cap is in America in Massachusetts in 616/4-FB (mis-indexed as 616/3) and stays there long enough to have his painted portrait done, to have an affair with the other model posing for the painting, to have the model's husband return from war and turn out to be a Nazi infiltrator. It might be that Cap posed several times and had adventures in between sessions. In CAC 48's three stories he is in Pennsylvania once, and Manhattan twice. For the sake of simplicity and pending a fuller review of Cap's wartime chronology, I will place this between these two issues.
