[Leoparis]

DD3 17 features a long extended flashback. It has been placed with 1976 issues.

I quote here the clues that place it much earlier:
"back when Nelson and Murdock" first set up in New York.
"we were a little over a year in"
"our office manager had run off to Hollywood" Karen Page leaves in DD 63, Daredevil follows her in DD 64 and is back in NYC in DD 68.
"fourth case in a row we've lost" (Nelson & Murdock loses case in DD 71)

In addition the presence of guest penciler Michael Allred on an issue where the main villain is Stilt-Man is a clear callback to the pop art era. Many visual elements are from DD 27.

Murdock complains he does most of the work so it wouldn't fit if I placed it right after his return to New York.

Agreed. Moreover, at the time of DD 137, Matt and Foggy are not in their first office but have opened the Storefront.

I'll just add that DD3 17 (1:1)-FB, Matt and Foggy at the Oyster Bar, takes place between panels 4 and 5 of page 14.
