FB in CA 224... kind of ^^

In CA 224, Captain America listen to the recording of an incoming call to Avengers Mansion. We only hear Ken Astor's voice in the recording, but he's speaking to Cap, so does this count as a CA 224-FB-BTS for Cap?

When we don't have the visual scene to tag a BTS-FB we don't list them.

I know we've had trouble with this issue before but there's still something bugging me.

This fill-in issue does not fit between 223 & 225 yet is written as a contemporary issue referencing the most recent issues where Cap has memory blanks (222 & 223). It should be after 222 and 223 and yet cannot be after 227 since by this time he has solved his memory problems (in 225).

But 222 and 223 offer no breaks where to fit 224. However one break can occur in 225 between pages 8 & 9 along those lines: it takes a week to set up the release of Pr. Harding (Madbomb inventor), Cap helping the army for the Madbomb in 224 is part of the deal to secure Harding's help, the script on page 9 "Several hours have passed" refers to the setting of the material rather than to the last scene with Cap on page 6. And since 224 is a fill-in due to 225's lateness, placing 224 in the middle of 225 makes sense.
