Slyde in TB 104 & 107, CW:WC & CA:SR 9-FB-FB

Slyde's chronology is listed as follows:

This makes no sense. In TB 104, Slyde is working for Zemo. In TB 107, Zemo sends Slyde to Sydney, Australia. In CW:WC, Slyde goes to meet up with Hammerhead, is dumb enough to tell Hammerhead to his face that he could see working for Kingpin but not for Hammerhead, and gets shot and seemingly killed. In ASM 602, which takes place after Civil War, the authorities believe Slyde is dead and have an undercover officer pose as Slyde. Finally, in CA:SR 9-FB-FB we see a flashback to Slyde in Pleasant Hill. It seems like the obvious sequence of events is TB 104>TB 107> CW:WC>ASM 602> CA:SR 9-FB-FB. For the current sequence of events to hold we would have to assume that Slyde goes to work for Zemo in TB 104, decides to meet with Hammerhead in CW:WC, get shot, somehow survives and makes a very quick recovery, goes back to work for Zemo in TB 107,and then is mistakenly believed dead for some reason in ASM 602. It's a lot simpler just to assume that TB 107 takes place before CW:WC.
