Re: Spider-Man vs. the Punisher one-shot
I seem to recall this was one of those "Marvel Remix" books that merely rehashed old tales by new creators, this case being Amazing Spidey 129.

Dumb Index questions
Sorry if this is the wrong forum for them, but I'm finally getting caught up with reading the Index and had a pair of questions: 1) Did the Cap TPB include the variant cover of the Heroes Reborn #1? 2) There was no mention of the solicited Avengers #-1 from the Heroes Reborn era, as part of the Flas...

Microchip in PUN@ 7
One thing I'd like to see mentioned in the Punisher Index is the problems caused by Microchip's appearance in Punisher Annual 7. In all surrounding appearances, it's made clear Micro and Frank hadn't seen each other since Suicide Run began, yet they work together (I chalked it up to an art error, bu...

Re: Eddie Dyson
Don't quote me, but I seem to recall they only called him "Eddie" in his later appearances. I think the "Dyson" MAY be a handbook thing.

It probably should be before ASM Annual, since he goes to jail in that one and is still there in his next chronological appearance.Leoparis wrote:Between his 1981 appearances? circa ASM Annual 15

Alien #5 -- with her skull-shoulder costume and her distinctive speech pattern, I think this is supposed to be a previously-seen character -- but I don't know who. Any hints? http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j78/jephyork/alien-4a.jpg http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j78/jephyork/alien-4b.jpg She ...

Hell if I know! But I do gotta ask, what happens if you don't get answers to these? (I suggest stating "See: issue 7 for more info")

Doug Sulipa's site. I've used it for a lot of more esoteric comics in the past, he's good people (though he's in Canada, so the shipping might not be that quick): http://www.dougcomicworld.com/ (it's in the Comic Magazines section).JephYork wrote:Where where where where where

Hmm. Ya know, I can find one place online selling Comics Interview 98, but the other two are completely absent. Starting to look like they may be a little too rare...

Re: SCAN REQUEST: "Hunt for Magneto" trading cards
I have some of those cards. I was just going through my trading card collection yesterday and found them. I was wondering how the hell I had them, since I remembered them being bound into the books, and these were cut out. Lemme check and see what ones I have... Edit: According to that list above, I...

Re: Ghost Rider chronology correction
We're deciding on the following revision to the chronology of Ghost Rider (Ketch), unless someone has a better solution: Looks good to me. I seem to recall I once suggested moving SOV 9 & 10 nearer to GR3 39, since the stories make it clear everything in those books are happening so close to on...

Looking at SOV 9, the creature appears on Carver's shoulder. It seems to be his pet.

No idea, I'd have to search surrounding Centurious appearances to see whom he hangs out with.

Didn't Fury do an analysis for these?
The mother appears in issue 15. No prior flashbacks for either of the angels in any of the other issues.
