It is probably from The Official Marvel Index To The X-Men, vol. 2 #4.
On page 9, for Uncanny #194, it lists Nightcrawler and Shadowcat as appearing next in Nightcrawler #1-4

Re: SCAN REQUEST: lotsa X-Men: Fatal Attractions stuff
I made 2 scans of Uncanny X-Men Annyal #17, one with the trading card in the lower left corner, and one without the trading card. You can find them here (if I do this again, I really should set up a FTP access) peterfab.dk/UXA17tc.tif peterfab.dk/UXA17.tif If you want a different scan of it, just sa...

It is from Alpha Flight (1. series) #11, from 1984, written and drawn by John Byrne
It is the 4th panel of page 2 of the 2nd story in the issue, an origin story for Sasquatch, Walter Langkowski is the blond guy on the bed.

My copy of Thunderstrike # 4 doesn not have any card.

Re: Geraldo Rivera
Sure.
Mary Jane is saying "Geraldo! Hi! Saw your special last Week! Super!"
She is adressing someone in a group of people at a party, and everybody is barely more than a stick-figure in the panel. There is no way to identify anyone directly.

Re: Wolverine: Global Jeopardy
Namor refers to himself as Lord of Atlantis and as Namor the First in #41, and the story takes place in Atlantis.
And the previous storyline had his mother (sort of) reclaim the throne and die, so I would say he is the ruler of Atlantis.

Re: Wolverine: Global Jeopardy
A quick look seems to indicate a possible break between #40 and #41. #40 was Bob Harras' last issue as writer.
