Re: Death & Eon in Captain Marvel
Death got an updated Handbook entry in the recent "Thanos: Redemption" TPB that covered her Atlas Era appearances in greater detail.

Re: Possible placement issue with PWJ2 1 and W:O 11-15
Can you boil that down to the important parts? It's an awful lot of dry information without any clear conclusions that I can see.

Done years ago, for the Uncanny X-Men Index.I think it's time for a review of GSX 1 and all the implants and FBs that tie in

Re: Possible placement issue with PWJ2 1 and W:O 11-15
Was he chasing Wolvie the whole time? If so, why? I don't remember that part of the plot so well. I don't see a problem with assuming that he got replaced by a Skrull partway through the arc. And I would imagine that the Stamford disaster and SHIELD's subsequent war on unregistered superhumans could...

Re: Possible placement issue with PWJ2 1 and W:O 11-15
Correct, there aren't any apparent gaps in all of W #36-40 and W:O #1-15. I missed the "Tinkerer in a wheelchair" continuity reference when I did the Wolverine Index; that's why I closed up the hole Paul punctured in W:O #11. Oops. I guess we'll have to find a gap somewhere in the W #36-W:...

Re: Possible placement issue with PWJ2 1 and W:O 11-15
Trouble is, for Wolverine there's no gap between W:O #11-12. In W:O #11, Wolverine's in Germany, having traveled there to obtain the Carbonadium synthesizer. He's captured by SHIELD in Berlin and escapes. In #12, he's still in Germany, being hunted by law eforcement, and on his way to Brussels to ob...

Re: VENOM! (and the Symbiotes)
Well -- in fairness -- how many times has the symbiote crashed through a plate-glass window, and Spider-Man exclaimed "oh no, it's Venom!"? Really, how many times? Let's not ask leading questions with assumed answers, let's count. Going by memory, it seems to me that Spider-Man's most comm...

Re: CAPTAIN UNIVERSE!
Allow me to disagree. This is wrong. There aren't 30 Captain Universes, only one inhabiting different people. So it was accurate before. I think you're missing the distinction between the Uni-Power and the identity of "Captain Universe." There aren't 30 Uni-Powers. There's only one, inhab...

Re: Naming conventions
No, but it would keep us from having to move them to a different letter page every time their identity changed. (Which we'd have to do if we always used a character's most current codename.) And with live links like "YELLOWJACKET -> see PYM, HANK" and "GIANT-MAN -> see PYM, HANK"...

Re: Naming conventions
I'm going to weigh in with the opposite opinion. You guys are making this WAY too complicated and the MCP is going to become byzantine and twisty. Pick one codename for each character. Then for the other codenames, just put "see [main codename]" and a direct link to the main one. If you're...

And in another effort to make the name more normal, it was later revealed that Vance's grandfather was named "Astroyevicht" back in the old country.
