Re: Marvel Comics v2 #1000 (part 1)

Probably should mention that Story Two establishes that Ferret (Leslie Lenrow) and the Operative (Dennis Piper) are the same person.

Re: Incredible Hulk: Last Call

One of the suicide attempts (with the gun in mouth) is from Startling Stories: Banner #1 and #2. https://www.bleedingcool.com/2019/06/06/incredible-hulk-last-call-suicide-page-pulled-marvel/ However, this has no key in the MCP, was it deemed out of continuity? Is there a list of such series? There ...

Re: The Marvel Senate

I'm trying to keep track of all the U.S. Senators who've been seen in 616. Here's what I've got so far; please feel free to add any others you've got! Are you only interested in fictional senators, or do you want real-life senators (on Earth-616) too? If you want real life senators, some come to mi...

Re: CONAN

Speaking of which, does anyone have a list of appearances of the Hyborian Age/Hyborian characters outside of the usual Conan/Hyborian related series? For example, the Marvel Team-Up issue with Red Sonja, and the 5 issue mini series from a decade or so ago. Here's a start -- These are all appearance...

Re: Mexican Spider-Man II

Judging from the covers* at GCD (https://www.comics.org/series/29775/covers/), OEPISA reprinted in this order: Amazing Spider-Man #124 Amazing Spider-Man #125 Amazing Spider-Man #121 Amazing Spider-Man #122 ? (Cover not on GCD, but I bet its #123) Amazing Spider-Man #126 And then just moved sequenti...

Re: Mexican Spider-Man II

Also, Brian Cronin (in the link) only says he BELIEVES they eventually printed the death of Gwen. If the Mexican continuity is that she never died, well, it's not 616. We would also need someone to verify they either did or didn't print ASM 122 in this Mexican series. No, Brian says this publisher ...

A news story that updates this old thread: http://chronologyproject.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=11382&p=49756#p49756 New research has discovered that the new, Mexican-produced Spider-Man stories in El Sorprendente Hombre Araña were indeed officially licensed: https://www.cbr.com/spider-m...

Re: Is GROO canon?

Does anyone know if plots continued through the different publishers? A quick search on the interwebs tells me at least one supporting character (Captain Ahax) appears in Pacific Comics, Epic, Image and Dark Horse, so maybe? Or more precisely, do say, Image Groo comics reference Epic Groo comics? T...

Actually, the first half of Marvel Graphic Novel #2 is reprinted from Epic Illustrated #3 & 4. So Elric next appears in Epic Illustrated #3.

NOTE:
The writer’s name is an alias. I don’t think we ever found out who it really was.
"Sergius O’Shaughnessy" is an alias that Denny O'Neil used when writing at Charlton early in his career. So I assume it's O'Neil here too....
