Nah, says nothing on the matter one way or the other. Plenty of alt-universe characters running around the MU.

Re: Revisiting Asgardian History in light of Marvel Legacy
BTW, I did that graph as if the first cycle worked on the same (exponential) scale as the others. If you assume that the first Ragnarok was something that was entirely independent of the Asgardians' creation, for instance, that frees the start of it up. It does flatten things out somewhat though, if...

Re: Revisiting Asgardian History in light of Marvel Legacy
Another point is that you're unnecessarily assuming that each cycle is linear. I think too much credence is being given to the Eye story for timing, but if we assume that (a) the timing given is accurate, (b) the "23rd Ragnarok" Reign of Blood/Man of War Thor is at least one cycle before t...

Re: Revisiting Asgardian History in light of Marvel Legacy
Again, this is just a theory based on what we currently know. BUT, if that's the case (and assuming a 2,000 year long cycle): First Ragnarok Cycle - 1,000,000 BC - 200,000 BC (seen in Avengers v7) Second Ragnarok Cycle - 200,000 BC - 198,000 BC (because humans told stories of Ragnarok) Third Ragnar...

Re: Kull and the Barbarians 2 & 3 (Red Sonja)
Is she called "Scathach" in Marvel stuff, or just in Dynamite? Because she's never named in the M/SSPEC 9/2 & RS2 arc except as things like "the Red Goddess", and IIRC she's even called "nameless" at least once.

Loki, "Kid Loki", Ikol and Journey Into Mystery
Now, this may be an artifact of the fact that Russ has only added up to JIM 641 in that series - tho he's also added Marvel Now!.1, which is beyond that point - but this looks pretty wrong to me. (Spoilers upcoming if you're reading through it, BTW) Right, here's the thing. Loki was killed in Siege....

SCORPION IV/CARMILLA BLACK/THASANEE RAPPACCINI
Given the way we now treat birthnames of adopted characters, this should be SCORPION IV/CARMILLA BLACK (née THASANEE RAPPACCINI)

The Appendix seems to disagree with us on various matters here. For one thing, they have real names for all of them (derived from Marvel Atlas), but moreover they appear to have some other members we don't list at all, plus disagree on a codename. We have: COMMANDER BLAZE NT 18 HUNGYR BP2 2 NT 18 HA...
