Re: Manslaughter Marsdale
It fits very well with the flashback on page 11, Spider-Man is in the red and blue costume in 307, and Marsdale's pose is almost exactly the same as on page 1 of Amazing 307. Spider-Man is in a slightly different pose.

Re: X-Men and Alpha Flight publication question...
The cover dates for the X-Men / Alpha Flight mini are correct, and I don't remember them being published outside of the normal timeframe. (Yes I did buy them when they were originally published) New Mutants Special Edition was published during the same month as X/AF #1, and X-Men Annual #9 in the sa...

Re: Hank Pym/Skrull in Mighty Avengers #15/New Avengers #42
And the I read New Avengers #45, where Veranke says
'Your name is Criti Noll'
So, it is his name. And the name of an earlier Hank Pym skrull.
Maybe it is the skrull equivalent of John Smith?
Oh, well...

Re: Hank Pym/Skrull in Mighty Avengers #15/New Avengers #42
Sorry to resurrect this. But I only got around to reading the Secret Invasion cross-over now. The way I read the scene in Avengers : The Initiative #14 is that when he says 'But as Criti Noll, as a Super Skrull...' I got the impression that Criti Noll meant Super Skrull, it is not his name, but his ...

Re: Was Baron Strucker in X-Men Alpha Flight an LMD?
I would say that there should be a change to Strucker's entry.
The real Stricker is at that point of time dead.
And there were other robots and LMD's of Strucker running around, so this one would most likely also be a robotic double.
It would seem to be the most logical solution.

Re: Super-Apes not in Quasar #6
I can't see them either.
They are not mentioned by any of the characters present, Quasar, Red Ghost, Uatu or Living Laser.
And since the Red Ghost was using his intagibility to try and rob Uatu, I don't think they would be of any help to him.

Re: Details from TOS 39 or IM 285-288 (Iron Man)
I just looked through the reprint of TOS39 in the Fantastic Firsts trade, no mention of Stark's age, or how long he had been running the company. The IM 285-288 issues only have one little bit of info, in 288 on page 7 of the second story Stark says "I was just a kind in my twenties." Refe...

I have just looked through the 1980's Eternals series. Fortunately there is only one flasback involving the Second Host. To me it looks like this. CA 288 ends with Luther Manning, having met Captain America, in a new state of mind; he's feeling good about himself. I have no idea what happens in Marvel Fanfare #4.
