Re: Call For Analyses: Missing Books
My analysis for the italian Spider-Man used to be here: http://www.chronologyproject.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=2397&highlight=venice but seems to have disappeared? Posts get sent to the Archives after a while. If the topic hasn't been posted to since (currently) December 2006, it'll have gone ...

Re: Conan?
I cannot imagine how painful things will be for everyone coming up soon, however, as abruptly all kinds of characters' previous appearances are about to be retconned as Skrull impostors. (Will they get their own page, perhaps? That might make it easier.) *shrugs* It's happened before, with ...

I thought the codes were going to be fixed to change TNN to 2099 (and XMTNN, specifically, to X2099)

Re: New Avengers Annual #2 -- what the #$%^&!?
My vote is still to wait That's pretty much always my vote as well. Which I'm sure is nothing to do with you Waiting For The Trade :-P However, these young hooligans these days just can't wait to chronologize right off the press -- no desire to wait for some context, just wham and done and set in s...

Re: New Avengers Annual #2 -- what the #$%^&!?
Jeph, I mentioned this back on p2, and it was brought up in another thread as well. A preview page with Wolverine/Strange/Sanctum's been floating around for months. My vote is still to wait - although, if pushed, I say ignore the black suit/mask off in NA@ 2 and treat that as post-OMD. I can't imagi...

Re: Marvel Calendar -- Latest Edition Now Online
Recap pages don't count (or, at least, shouldn't be counted) unless they have at least one original panel on them (like Ant-Man and the Ultimate books). The only Annihilation-related book that qualifies on that score off the top of my head is the Conquest Prologue.

Applet on front page
Normally, I just come straight to the forum at home (and have NoScript running anyway in Firefox on the occasions I do gp through it), but, at another machine where I'm forced to use IE6, I came in through the front page there, and the applet at the bottom crashed the browser.

Guardians' discussion split to '2004 "Guardians" mini canon?' thread in MU at Admin's request. [There's some orphaned half-posts because I copy'n'pasted posts, and some referred to both the CFA & Guardians.]

Re: Call For Analyses: Missing Books
I would like to review Conspiracy. The Silver Age revelations in that story just make my mouth water. And it's now been referenced in NW4 #7 :) I could do Guardians , but I'm not sure that it's canon... [Remainder of post split to '2004 "Guardians" mini canon?' in MU at Admin's request, a...

Where was this said? I didn't read the comic, but I seem to recall Weinberg saying it was off in his own world, which was one of the reasons I didn't get it.SeanCurtin wrote:According to the author, Nightside takes place in the Marvel Universe. Is that claim contradicted somewhere?

HOUSE OF M #8 (1-6:5) The same morning as HOM:DA 1 (1-2) and GSMM 1. Layla Miller is woken by her mother on a school day. Per X-Factor v3 #6 & #9, this didn't happen. #6 establishes Layla's as an orphan who lived in an orphanage pre-M-Day; and she writes this scene off in #9 as: "I don't h...
