Loki 1-4
This series retells the classic myths albeit in a marvelized way (Loki is Thor's half-brother instead of Odin's blood-brother, the spouses of most gods do not appear), from the forging of Mjolnir (#1) to the death and burial of Balder (#2-3), the Lokasenna and ends with Loki tied beneath the earth (#4). The versions differ from the earlier Marvel versions. It describes how an otherwise innocent Loki decides to take credit for an evil he didn't commit and effectively become evil.

The death of Balder means the story cannot be reconciled with the Marvel Universe (unless Balder is somehow resurrected behind the scenes before the modern age?)

I can't check it right now, but I believe it is a Marvel Knights mini, isn'it? Marvel Knights minis (the "new" Marvel Knights) aren't in continuity, right? Unsless it's stated that are, right?

We can probably remove X-Men Origins: Beast from the list. The events seem to be a retelling of the origin of Beast, and unfortunately there seem to be to many differences toallow it to be Earth-616 continuity.

Whoops! I was certain someone else would post their own analyses of the ones I'd signed up for, or else I'd have come back sooner! Sorry, been busy elsewhere. I was nearly finished with Ghost Rider, so I'll get that done this week.
