6-7: Tyger Tiger tells Logan and Frank about the political situation in Madripoor. She tells them that rumors say that the Predator Xs can be reprogrammed to hunt anyone, not just mutants.
8: Kimura injects a Predator X with a sample of Frank Castle's blood.

I'm wondering about the placement of the story involving Logan and Castle.
I suppose the Predator X that appears here means that this story occurs after Logan's defeat of Predator X in UX 207. That being said, it appears that Viper would be here either sometime between IM@2 1 (a story in which she is Madame Hydra, based in Madripoor) and SECWARRIORS 2-FB (in which she is no longer Madame Hydra), but I can't say I've been following her story closely, and I'm not sure what the "exile" reference is.
It doesn't appear that we have many clues in this story regarding Wolverine's or Punisher's chronologies.
I suppose the Predator X that appears here means that this story occurs after Logan's defeat of Predator X in UX 207.
