Which Comes First, FF 333 or A 308-310?

In Cap and Thor's chronologies, A 308-310 come before FF 333. In the FF's chronologies FF 333 comes before A 305. The problem is this: A 305-310 are a continuous story. In A 308, the Avengers speak of Hercules as if he's dead. (They thought he died in the Evolutionary Wars Annuals.) In FF 333 the Avengers know that Hercules is alive. So that means that A 308 comes first, right? Not so fast. FF 326-333 are a continuous story. In FF 326, Ben is reverted to human form. He appears human in A 305. So that would imply that FF 333 comes first. One possible solution might be to create a gap in FF 327 before the FF finds the Frightful Four (maybe it took Reed a while to find their headquarters, so they decided to go the Avengers meeting in A 305 in the meantime) and shove A 305-308 in there.

Oh no- I just realized that creating a gap in FF 327 doesn't work either. In FF 328, She-Hulk is surprised to find out Ben reverted to human form, even though she clearly saw him in human form in A 305. So if we go by the dialogue in FF 328, A 305-310 have to occur after FF 333 but if we go by the dialogue in A 308, A 305-310 have to occur before FF 333.

Couldn't there be a short gap between FF 329 and 330, or between FF 330 and 331, or between FF 331 and 332?

Unfortunately, the FF are held prisoner from the end of FF 328 to the beginning of FF 333.
