In Wolverine #60 (early September 1992), Wolvie fights some Hand ninjas who are protecting Matsuo Tsurabaya. In Wolverine #67 (March 1993), the Hand has put a bounty on Wolverine's head.
Do the Hand appear anywhere in-between these two appearances?
