Speaking of which, does anyone have a list of appearances of the Hyborian Age/Hyborian characters outside of the usual Conan/Hyborian related series? For example, the Marvel Team-Up issue with Red Sonja, and the 5 issue mini series from a decade or so ago.

I think you'd be surprised... I've already got a lot of notes on Conan's chronology, and even if I were to only read, analyse and place 5 issues a day, I'd be done with plenty of time to spare! Is definitely something I'm working on when I've got time.

Also looking forward to trying to convince you all why (some of) the Dynamite Red Sonja stuff is canon! That'll be fun...!

So the second issue is out, no qualms there, easily slides into canon after the war with the Picts in Conan's already established chronology. References also a couple of other events in Conan's life that we've seen transpire in Marvel's previous Conan comics as well. I'm pretty optimistic that the creative teams are consciously making sure this fits into the existing canon.

EDIT: I may write in with my thoughts on the series so far, and see if we can get an "official" comment on the matter.

Also, as I'm working on a solid Conan chronology at the moment, would you guys say its better to get a rough draft done quickly to share, with lots of mistakes and multiple full rereads likely needed, or take it slower and more in-depth, with less mistakes and probably a better result?

Yeah, these are what I'm using as a baseline. I've just been making a list with minimal notes so far, but think I'm going to go back and flesh it out to ensure I don't make any major mistakes...
