Banner as pre-Hulk scientist

A) First meeting Banner-Ross
Bruce might be behind the scenes as the reason Ross is going to town in Immortal Hulk 19.

B) Death of Brian Banner
Page 20 of IH2 -1 is identical to page 13 of IH2 312. They describe the same event, so the Conspiracy 1 fb has no place here. This generic picture of Ross, Banner and Igor in the control room is a repeat of page 1 of IH 1 (2:5) and may not even rate inclusion.

So 312 and -1 should be merged, removing the parts of 312 which are not actual memory.
We have two conflicting versions here. In IH2 312 (13 - 14)-FB Brian Banner leaves alive. In IH2 -1 (21)-FB he dies in the fight with Bruce. The death of Banner is confirmed in Immortal Hulk 33, page 5 panels 4-6 (= IH -1 (21:3 - 21:5)). Because IH2 312 has fantasy elements, the erroneous page 14 is probably Banner avoiding the memory of causing his father's death. So we should not include that page as a flashback as that would be confusing.

C) Gamma Bomb project
In IH2 312 (16 - 17), we have a Banner-Betty-Ross 1st meeting. We have another 1st meeting in Last Call and the original first meeting was in IH 1 and retold in IH 4 (2:2)-FB-FB. Since the Banner recalls are less than reliable, I propose to omit pages 16-17. We have three signs that they are made up memories: A) On page 16 we have a reversal of roles from the minus 1 issue: Ross compliments Brian Banner with Bruce calling him a murderer in IH 312 while in minus 1 it's Ross who calls Brian "murderer" and Banner who sympathises with his father. We know from the cemetery scene that's it's the minus 1 issue which is correct. B) Ross turns into a blue monster and a star appears next to Betty. C) Page 17 lifts dialogue from IH 1 and uses it for a different circumstance.

IH3 12 (6:3)-FB is actually a montage panel of 4 scenes: A very young Banner constructing a set, Banner working as a scientist, Banner meeting Betty with Ross, Betty and Ross and another military, surely Ryker, looking at the explosion.
From the dialogue in OSIN 3.2 Stark and Banner have known each other for a decade (from age 17 to 27?)
W/H says the gamma project took years, enough for a child to be born and grow up several years but Betty looks the same age when Banner arrives at the base and on the day of the explosion. She is shown as an adult in IH 312 and a graduate student in Last Call. So either the gamma project did not take years or it started before Banner arrived on the base.
[H3 13-FB] Ross's sentence "Let's get the show on the road, Banner" can refer to anything but could be interpreted that Banner is about to present his bomb project to the military. My first thought was to have it refer to the morning of the test but that doesn't fit well with OSIN 3.4 and Ross's outburst in IH 1. So I looked for another momentous event which would be a "show". A presentation for a multi-billion dollars project fits the bill.

Hulk: Last Call occurs on the eve of the test. I don't include panel 4 on the third page of the flashback (page 9 on my digital copy but 8 on the printed copy) because Ross sees Betty and Bruce together but introduces them in IH 1 as shown in IH 4 (2:2)-FB-FB. We can suppose that when Banner went to Ross's home, he spoke with Betty, then heard Ross's voice coming from his study asking "Are you talking with my daughter?" and went to see the general directly in his study. Banner either answered yes and the conversation continued as in Last Call (but without Betty present) or he denied it and Ross left with the impression Banner had not had introductions with Betty. So that Ross never saw Betty and Bruce together and was naturally inclined to make introductions when he first actually saw them in IH 1 (as detailed in IH 4 (2:2)-FB-FB). The fact that Banner sees Ross in his flashback can be ascribed to him mentally inserting the image of Ross to accompany the memory of the voice.

In UO 5 page 1 is allegorical, Banner appears only on page 3, just before entering the bunker for the test. Only pre IH 1 valid flashback.

D) Betty meets Banner
M/SAGA 1 (4:5) This picture combines Ross's image from IH 1 (2:5) and Banner's image from (3:2) and Betty wears the same dress so this must take place between IH1 (2:5) and (2:6) if it is to be inserted somewhere. I would not include it since this is a condensed rather than an expanded flashback.

In IH 4 (2:2)-FB-FB Although Betty's dress is different, she says her father introduced her and Bruce on the day of the test, the next panel additionally says, "seconds later Bruce left the bunker" therefore this is not an earlier meeting but a scene from issue 1. We have several flashbacks in IH #2-4. These commonly retell events from issue 1 or later rather than reveal background information.
With retconned Bruce-Betty introductions in IH 312 and Last Call, it is better to combine those that can be combined. This takes place between 2:6 and 2:7.
The flashbacks in IH3 12 (17:5 - 18:3)-FB and IH3 15 (9:4 - 9:5)-FB take place on the day of the test because Betty is there with Ross and Igor; General Ryker is shown to have been there as well.
