FB in Born Again

DD 227 (1) is Karen Page selling Daredevil's identity to Raldo.
DD 227 (2 - 3) is six weeks later. Raldo has DD's identity sold to the Kingpin. Wesley is seen.
DD 227 (4 - 17) is six months later. The Kingpin ruins Matt's life, throws him in a trial before the grand jury.
DD 227 (18 - 24) is a few weeks later, just after the verdict. On the way home, Matt sees his apartment explode.

There are some FB in this segment, between (4 - 17) and (18 - 24)
DD 227 (18:2)-FB is Matt and Foggy at the Law Library, striving to form a defense.
DD 227 (18:3)-FB is three photographs of Matt, showing his physical deterioration.
DD 227 (18:4)-FB is Daredevil beating a man at night.
DD 227 (19:1)-FB is Daredevil having beaten men in a bar.
DD 227 (19:4-20:1)-FB is Matt and Foggy at the trial, and hearing the verdict.

DD 228 (9:5 - 13:6) main sequence is a man reporting to the Kingpin he's just witnessed Matt beating robbers and a cop in the subway. It's intertwined with FB panels of Matt (10:3 - 10:4 ; 11:1 - 11:2 ; 11:4 - 12:5 ; 13:1 - 13:4).

In DD 230 (12 - 14), a nurse working for the Kingpin strangles Lt. Manolis while Ben Urich hears it on the phone. Later, Ben thinks about it. (17:1) and (17:6) are FB of Manolis's last moments, to be placed between (14:2) and (14:4).
