I have some questions about
FCBD2017:ANGOTG, ANGOTG 1-2, 4-8, 10, 12, and 3

In the FCBD , quill mentioned is the second time he been arrested by Nova Forces. I suggest the first time is in#5, when being chased by Adsit.

In #5 Quill has retrieved the gyroscope for Rocket's giant mech. I assume the mech is Galactus as seen in #1

In #3, Rocket talks about the gyroscope that Quill retrieved

So...

Why is#3 posted so far back? Either way I think 5 needs to come before 3

Scott Adsit is with the Nova Corps in ANGOTG 5, but he doesn't join the Nova Corps until DP6 30. So, ANGOTG 5 has to happen after DP6 30. Good point about the gyroscope! I think we'll end up with this:

ANGOTG 3 is where Gamora decides she wants the Soul Stone. It looks like it doesn't have to happen that far back.

The sequence looks good but the Annual should be in it at some point after the FCBD issue. Meaning, at least issues 5, 3 and FCBD happen before Secret Empire, if not more.

Actually, issue 3 also shows the Milano, placing it between the FCBD and number 1 issues.

In ANGOTG@ 1, the Guardians get the Milano.

In ANGOTG 5, Star-Lord gets a thing. No Milano.

In ANGOTG 3, Rocket says he has the thing that Star-Lord already got, and he's using it to make a Galactus mech. The Milano appears.

In FCBD2017:ANGOTG, the Guardians are using the Galactus mech that Rocket needed a thing for to make. The Milano appears.

Maybe we just don't see the Milano in ANGOTG 5?

You are getting things a little mixed up there. It actually goes like this,

In ANGOTG 5, Star-Lord gets a thing. Almost arrested by Nova Adsit. No Milano.
In FCBD2017:ANGOTG, (not ANGOTG@ 1) Starlord says it’s the second time the reformed Nova Corps have tried to arrest him, the Guardians get the Milano.
In ANGOTG 3, Rocket says he has the thing that Star-Lord already got, and he's using it to make a Galactus mech. The Milano appears.
In ANGOTG 1, (not FCBD2017:ANGOTG) the Guardians are using the Galactus mech that Rocket needed a thing for to make. The Milano appears.

It all fits nicely. No controversy anywhere.

The answer in the "presumable arrested and jailed."

In BB 9 (1 - 8), Titania learns of Creel's death. In DEF5 8, Titania is still dealing with Creel's death. BB 9 (9 - 20) has Creel's funeral, which follows immediately with BB 10-12 & INHS:JD, without a break, in which Creel is resurrected. DEF5 8 can only occur between BB9 (1 - 8) & BB 9 (9 - 20). Therefore, Titania coundn't have been arrested and jailed in DEF5 8-9, Either she escaped, or was allowed to leave. Titania is next seen in WH 8-12.

I guess you meant ANGOTG 7-FB happens before ANGOTG 6. You were right about ANGOTG 7 not happening between ANGOTG 6-8.

Scott Adsit (a Deadpool supporting character) appears in ANGOTG 5 already a member of the Nova Corps. He joins the Nova Corps in DP6 30, so ANGOTG 5 has to happen after DP6 30 (and therefore likely after SECEMP).

This is probably where some of the confusion originated, DP6 30 was initially thought to happen after SECEMP. It was eventually moved to before but the ANGOTG issues were left after SECEMP.

FCBD2017:ANGOTG is one adventure, then ANGOTG 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 is fairly continuous and sends the Guardians on a mission to search for the Infinity Gems, which is what they’re doing in ANGOTG 12 (which is clearly post-SECEMP).

All good there but issues 10 & 12 don't happen next to each other, ANGOTG@ 1 and of course SECEMP happen between them.

GOTG4 19 Guardians leave Earth.
GOTG:DO Guardians in space, Groot still big.
GOTG:ME 1-5 Guardians in space, Groot still big.
ANGOTG 7-FB Drax turns pacifist.
ANGOTG 9 Groot gets tiny, Rocket already working on Galactus Mech.
ANW 22-24 Groot is tiny, Drax is a pacifist.
DP6 30 Scott Adsit joins the Nova Corps.
ANGOTG 11 Adsit with the Nova Corps.

FCBD2017:ANGOTG Drax questions Gamora's motivation for Grandmaster's job, tells her she lied to Quill and Rocket, she tells him to ask her again sometime (meaning she had already decided to get the Soul Stone by this point). Star-Lord says the reformed Nova Corps have tried to arrest him twice so far. The Guardians get the Milano.
ANGOTG 3 Gamora gets recurring dream about a part of her soul trapped in Soul World, Rocket uses gyroscope on Galactus mech, the Milano appears.
ANGOTG 1 Guardians use the Galactus mech, then abandon it, the Milano appears, Gamora works out as Drax meditates at the end.
ANGOTG 7 Gamora joins Drax meditation. Drax tells Gamora how he turned pacifist, she mentions her search for the Soul Stone as something she already told him by this point, the Milano appears.
ANGOTG 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 Fairly continuous, Gamora reveals to the Guardians she is looking for the Infinity Stones, Drax confronted for knowing about it and not saying anything. Rocket says Gamora hasn't been herself since fighting Thanos on Earth (sounds as their last time on the planet through the sequence of books), no mention of Secret Empire up to this point. Guardians decide to search for the Stones.
ANGOTG@ 1 During Secret Empire, In between jobs the Guardians try to find help against Hydra on Earth, the Milano appears.
ANGOTG 12 After Secret Empire, the search for Infinity Stones resumes.

So in the end, only ANGOTG 12 should be in this section; ANGOTG@ 1 during SECRET EMPIRE and everyhting else before that goes in the CIVIL WAR II TO SECRET EMPIRE portion.

Dog with a bone here, i know, but i'm still holding out for an earlier placement for CA 695, which should occur on July 4. Currently it's placed after Wilson Fisk becomes mayor, so after November 8?

The only things i can see holding us back are 1) that we're assuming 3 months for Secret Empire, beginning April 1 and ending July 4, which is nice, but it's supposition. Secret Empire can be done and finished in two months; and 2) that it says "some months later.." I maintain that the July 4 setting trumps the more vague "some months later.." It would be about a month or some weeks later.

I think we're assuming Fisk becomes mayor in a special election, so not necessarily November. I moved CA 695 earlier anyway, though. Maybe it's "months" since Secret Empire started?
