SUSM2 9 happens shortly after WOTR, and the Superior Spider-Man is given the key to the city (San Francisco). Also, he resumes his relationship with the lady from previous issues.

SUSM2 10-12 is "a couple of months" since Superior Spider-Man began dating his lady friend. They didn't actually start a relationship until last issue, so it's been "a couple of months" since shortly after WOTR. Also, his new body is discarded in a deal with Mephisto and Otto resumes being Doctor Octopus.

BCAT@ 1 says on the recap page that it’s on November 13, but that’s the day this comic hit the stands. So… topical? Spider-Man appears, same month as ASM5 33-34. An editor’s box says to be continued in BCAT 3 1. OK, there’s that. Remember, ASM5 38 says this issue was “last month.”

BCAT3 1 happens in a night. No guest stars.

BCAT3 1/2 is a two-page tale of Black Cat and her cats.

BCAT3 1/3 takes place decades ago and features Ulysses Bloodstone (!) and Dracula.

BCAT3 2 starts the same night as last issue and spans two days. Black Cat breaks into Doctor Strange’s house.

BCAT3 2/2 is an Absolute Carnage lead-in page, so before that crossover.

BCAT3 3 has a Doctor Strange cameo, same month as DS5 17-18.

BCAT3 4 is “one week” after last issue, and features the Fantastic Four. Same month as FF6 14. BCAT3 4-FB is the same night as last issue. Photos of the Thing’s wedding, so definitely after that. One of the supporting cast thinks Jim Hammond is the best, and I can’t blame him. Blastaar appears, published before Annihilation: Scourge.

BCAT3 5 is the same day as last issue. Pretty great stuff. I’m really liking this series.

BCAT3 6 says BCAT3 3 was “a few weeks ago,” and so “two weeks” after last issue (in theory).

BCAT3 7 is the same night as last issue.

BCAT3 8 has a Beetle appearance, published months after ASM5 28. BCAT3 8-FB was earlier in the same day. Iron Fist cameos, published after CNTGN 1-5 & ASM5 35. One night and ends on a cliffhanger. No mention of how long it’s been since last issue, but picks up on the threat from last issue. Next issue will apparently feature Wolverine.

With the sliding time scale, the chronology for this character straddling real-world dates and the Marvel era keeps changing. The chronology that would have been done in 1979 would be outdated. Still I cannot make sense of the current listing for his post-war appearances.

With the retcon of Blade being an adult since the 1940s, what do we do of his earliest meeting with Dracula? If we keep 1968 what does that make of his associate Musenda still young in TOD 58. It should take place in the Marvel era.

The 1969 flashback where he's killed for three years can stay in 1969 (and the three years before TOD 1 become thirty years before TOD 1 but then he gets revived in the 80s for BCAT 1/3) or be kept in the Marvel era.

What is clear is that BCAT 1/3 takes place before BFF:STORMS 1 (which would occur in the early 2000s due to sliding time scale).

M/MON 1 happens in a day. Kid Kaiju fights Max Frankenstein, so probably before Marauders (published before Marauders #1).

CRAZY4 1 has an appearance by Ziggy and Silly. Most of this is silly non-canon stuff but I suppose Ziggy and Silly are the “normal” versions. Could go anywhere, really.

AF:TN 1 has Snowbird and Talisman taking care of business in Canada. Shaman is mentioned, and it’s clear Alpha Flight is a full team. I think this might have to go before Secret Wars; shortly after that half of the Alpha Flight team goes to Captain Marvel’s space station.

AF:TN 1/2 has to happen in the past. Puck, Northstar and Aurora are together in an Alpha Flight team. Puck’s not in space, so at least before Secret Wars, I guess.

AF:TN 1/3 Guardian has Vindicator (who killed a bunch of people in AF4, shortly after Fear Itself) in a VR story to keep her “safe” until they can clear her record with the public. It seems like she’s been there for a while? She’s very clear that she doesn’t want to be in a relationship with him. However, Vindicator appears on the Alpha Flight team in AX2 8 & 12 (living with Guardian), and FF 643 (fighting alongside Alpha Flight in public). So, this story would have to go after AF4 8 and before those, and just assume things got better off-panel?

DP7 15 has Deadpool on vacation after WOTR and wraps up this volume’s plots. Should probably go before ABCRNGV.DP 1 (1-8).

DP@4 1 has a kid hiring Deadpool to fight Nightmare. Hmn. The kid’s neighbor who babysits him is watching movies about gladiators… that’s probably not a good sign. Wong appears at Doctor Strange’s house, so sometime before DS4 20, which also means most likely before DS4 12. Turns out the neighbor is molesting the kid (called it!), causing his nightmares. Doctor Strange appears in his current space suit, so not before DS4 20. Hmn.

There is no point where Wong is hanging out at Strange’s house (he left in DS4) and Strange is in his new space suit (he gets it in DS5). By the time Strange gets his new space suit, Wong is in Las Vegas, not guarding Strange’s house. So what gives? Assume art error for Strange and place it in the past (like many of these Acts of Evil Annuals are)? Or assume Wong was visiting even though he said he wouldn’t?

M/CP3 8/2 is a Spider-Woman story in her current status quo (and several people tell her that her current costume isn't the "real" version), and was published the month before STRKFOR 1, where she's back to wearing her classic costume. I'd say place this after any appearances of her current costume (CA8 9-18???, CM9 8-11), and make it her last costumed appearance before STRKFOR 1. She's in street clothes in ABCRNG:CM 1, and a swimsuit in GPSB! 3-5.

M/CP3 8/3 is a White Fox story, published the same month as AOATLAS3 1 (she appears in #3-5).

M/CP3 9 finishes the Wolverine story, but the only 616 bits happen in the '40s.

M/CP3 9/2 is an alternate reality.

WV.BLD 1 takes place "years ago." Wolverine's in his black and grey X-Force outfit.

W@4 1 is mostly flashbacks, but the current day bit has him in his brown suit, teaming up with Spider-Man.

AOATLAS3 1 (1-9) has the new Agents chasing down a Muspelheim fire dragon left over from WOTR.

AOATLAS3 1 (10-20), 2, 3 (1-15) is an unspecified amount of time later and lasts 24 hours. Jimmy Woo goes into hiding. Amadeus says he'll start paying the new Agents.

AOATLAS3 3 (16-20), 4-5 Jimmy's been gone for "weeks" and Amadeus finally starts paying the new Agents. Continued in Atlantis Attacks #1, but the cliffhanger ending (Namor, riding a dragon, is approaching where the Agents are) can't actually be a cliffhanger, since Namor sends a monster "24 hours" before he actually attacks in ATLATT 1. He's not riding a dragon for a full day, so this is just him riding around for whatever reason.
