Problem with MCP Search for M/CP
When searching for any M/CP issues, i get the following..
"Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security."
I've tried a random sampling of other titles, all of which worked.

Re: Problem with MCP Search for M/CP
It worked for me, when I searched for M/CP 1, and M/CP 1/4. Give me more information.

Hmm. Maybe it's at my end. I've cleared my cache, cleaned my registry, and done a full reboot, but i'm still having the same problem. It happens for every M/CP listing, but only M/CP listings. Any other issue i put in the search box works.

I'm getting that error now, although I'm on a different computer this morning. I'll try again tonight from home.

What browser are you using? I'm getting the error in Edge, but NOT Firefox (although I was using Edge at home last night).

Try opening an in-private window.

Re: Problem with MCP Search for M/CP
I'm using Chrome, but couldn't figure out how to do that. I'm not the most computer savvy person on the planet. I tried blocking cookies specifically for the search page, which allowed the M/CP search, but blocked cookies for the entire MCP site. The search does work if i open an incognito window, so i'll just do that.Midnighter wrote: ↑Tue Jan 19, 2021 12:54 pm I checked the cookies used in the page, i removed the one called "_gads" and now it works.

On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More and then Settings.
Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.
Click See all cookies and site data.
At the top right, search for the website's name.
To the right of the site, click Remove (trash can).

To delete a single cookie, like Midnighter suggests, try clicking on the arrow between the site name and the trash can. I suspect that opens an option to delete individual cookies.

Re: Problem with MCP Search for M/CP
Yep, that arrow allowed me to delete the _gads cookie. Still can't get the M/CP search working in the main window, but it's okay, it works for me if i open an incognito window. It's weird that it's only the M/CP search that doesn't work (that i've found anyway) - every other title in the search seems to work okay.Russ Chappell wrote: ↑Tue Jan 19, 2021 9:53 pmTo delete a single cookie, like Midnighter suggests, try clicking on the arrow between the site name and the trash can. Thanks for the help Russ and Midnighter.
