CAPTAIN AMERICA: REBORN PROLOGUE

I noticed this eight-page story is absent from the Project.
It is a story originally released digitally, but I have not seen it in this list: http://chronologyproject.com/phpbb2/vie ... =17&t=3645
As far as I know, it was first published in the volume Captain America: Reborn Premiere, but I'm not sure.

In this story Sin is proposed to join the Thunderbolts but she tries to escape during the interrogation, and she's stopped by Hawkeye/Bullseye. When HAMMER's agent reports to Norman Osborn, he reports that Sin said "Why are you so sure he's dead?"

Sin appears in CA 600/2 in the infirmary of a HAMMER detention facility in Colorado, which is the same name as the setting for this story. The agent who interrogates her says that the anniversary of Cap's death (which is celebrated in CA 600/2) is near, so this story should be placed first.

I don't know what abbreviation to use for this story, for the moment I use CA:REBORNP DIG, but if you have information on the first paper edition it would have to be changed.

The first print edition is CAPTAIN AMERICA: REBORN PREMIERE HC from 2010. I'll say the abbreviation we'd use would be

CA:REBORN HC

I don't have the book to check, but it looks like the first story in the book. So we wouldn't need to note which story it is.
