Margaret Power in XF 25

The second last panel of X-Factor Vol. 1 #25 has a woman standing holding a large folio case and a little girl with pigtails on a sofa watching X-Factor's speech on the TV. This looks a lot like Margaret Power and Starstreak/Katie Power from the end of Power Pack #35. I suggest their appearance would be soon after the last panel of PP 35. It looks like after the other 3 kids moved off panel, Margaret got up, turned on TV, picked up her folio case, Katie sat on the couch, and they watch the broadcast. That wouldn't make any change for Starstreak as XF 25 is already in her listing but I'd add:
