A bit more catch-up from the past couple of weeks.
THE LAST ANNIHILATION: WAKANDA #1 appears to be on Day 16, like the other Last Annihilation specials.
X-MEN: THE TRIAL OF MAGNETO #2 is also probably Day 16, sometime after New Mutants #21 (several members of the space team are back on Krakoa). Iron Man (again without his helmet), Captain America, Vision visit Krakoa.
MARAUDERS #24 is still "days" after Arakko moved to Mars.
EXCALIBUR #23 has to be sometime after Last Annihilation, because of Doom.
X-FORCE #23 continues on from #21-22, some indefinite amount of time post-Gala.

HELLIONS 16 follows directly on from #15, meaning pp. 1-5 are still on the very, very busy Day 15. (At the end of that scene, the new X-Men team shows up, which I believe is the first time, story-chronologically, we've seen them together since they were elected at the Gala!) Pp. 6-7 are back on Krakoa, and Nanny refers to the events of the past few issues as "today."
On pp. 8-10, night is falling on Krakoa. (I suppose it could still be Day 15, but that would mean that night falls in NYC before Krakoa, which doesn't seem right, so let's call it Day 16.) Kwannon has "accepted the role of Captain" but has, perhaps, not assumed that role yet (to avoid a conflict with INFERNO 1).
Consequently, pp. 11-20 begin at dawn on, let's say, Day 17 at the White Palace (so before Emma's appearance in Marauders #23). Emma tells Alex she's "asked the Council to reconsider" resurrecting Madelyne--since Alex probably would not know there's already been pressure to that effect from the Five in New Mutants #21. Poor Alex--!
NEW MUTANTS 22 is still on Day 16, and follows on directly from issue #21. The "strategies and tactics" session appears to go on for at least six hours; by the end, it's night (and there's a rainstorm).
WOLVERINE 16 -FB is the night of the Gala, and connects to WOLVERINE 13 (11-15).

Well, this week's INFERNO 2 makes matters more complicated... but also clearer.
Pg. 1 = X-Men 20 (1)
2-3 = INFERNO 1 (25-26) = X-MEN: THE TRIAL OF MAGNETO 2 (8:4-8:5) -FB (they show slightly different bits, but that's what's going on on Island M immediately before the Gala)
4-5:1 = INFERNO 1 (27): Sinister gives "Xavier" (who has a nosebleed? or eyebleed?) Destiny's DNA. Must be sometime very close to the Gala.
5:2 - 8: "Xavier" gives Hope the helmet, so this must be before NEW MUTANTS 21--which means this scene is probably on Day 15, the day after the Gala. (Question: when does the real Xavier learn Hope has the helmet? Is it after he's killed and resurrected in WAY OF X 4 and 5--so it might have happened after his most recent "backup" pre-resurrection?)
9: Takes us up to 3-4 weeks later. The -FB on 15-17 involves the Kara Kutuça mentioned in X-MEN 21.
And X-FORCE 24 must be before INFERNO 2 (38-40).

November catch-up!
It seems clear that Kwannon unofficially joins the War Captains as soon as Gorgon is seen to be out of the game, but that they don't officially announce that to the Council until INFERNO 1--"if it's not already obvious."
NEW MUTANTS #23 is immediately after #22, i.e. on Day 16. (After INFERNO ends, I'm going to post a complete day-by-day listing of all this stuff again, this is just me keeping track).
X-MEN: THE TRIAL OF MAGNETO #4 is immediately after #3, also on Day 16. Kwannon, Illyana and Bishop are among the War Captains, but Cyclops is clearly still leading them. There's going to have to be a break of a few hours in NEW MUTANTS #21 between pages 17 and 18, during which X:TOM #2-4 (and presumably #5) can happen, so that Illyana can be with the New Mutants cast in the evening. Busy day.
HELLIONS #17 is right after #16 (on Day 17).
MARAUDERS #26 is sometime fairly shortly before X-MEN #5: per the text page, shortly after Harry has appeared at the U.N. at the end of the issue, Ben Urich is still chasing the mutant story but apparently hasn't broken it yet. (Also, Conan has been kicked out of the old NYC Hellfire Club building, which he moved into in SAVAGE AVENGERS 19.)
X-MEN #5 includes an -FB to the Hellfire Gala election.

This week's issues complicate matters a bit, particularly INFERNO 3 (which is fantastic, btw). The opening scenes indicate that the Krakoan drugs were created "four months ago" and that Krakoa was announced to the world "two months ago." And, since 3 or 4 weeks pass between pp. 9 and 10 of INFERNO 2, that means that everything between HoX/PoX and X of Swords has to fit into about two weeks. Seems rather brisk, if you ask me, but I may go and see if it's workable.
(Honestly, if the captions on pages 8 and 9 were "four months later" and "two months later," it would be a lot simpler... it may be necessary to consider them that way.)
This issue also casts the conclusion of X-MEN UNLIMITED INFINITY COMIC 12 in a somewhat different light!
HELLIONS 18 has to be after INFERNO 1 (the Council acknowledges Kwannon as a "Great Captain"), but that's fine; some time can pass between issues 17 and 18. Well, in Way Of X we have seen children born (and probably conceived) on Krakoa, as a respond to the third law "Make more mutants". At least nine months should have passed since the first reunion of the Quiet Council.

X-MEN UNLIMITED INFINITE COMIC #12 (which I'm guessing will appear in print at some point), the conclusion of the "X-Men Green" story that starts with #5, takes place at some point after the Hellfire Gala (Nature Girl has a flashback to walking on Mars "the morning after the Gala"), and takes place at a point when Magneto, Xavier, Emma and Kurt are all on the Council. But then a ship that appears to be the Marauder shows up in the final scene; let's assume it's the Mercury taking the form of the Marauder...
Speaking of boats, Sevyr Blackmore's former one is destroyed in WOLVERINE 19. S.W.O.R.D. 11 is immediately after #10 and happens very quickly.
X-MEN: THE TRIAL OF MAGNETO 5 concludes a miniseries in which at no point is there a trial of Magneto. It includes two FBs to the night of the Gala, as well as a handful of bizarre logical inconsistencies. As far as the non-flashback stuff, pages 1-7 seem to happen shortly after issues #2-4; pages 9-11 could be the insanely crowded Day 16 too, but it's not unreasonable to move them to the next day; pages 16-19 are the day after that; page 20 is an unclear amount of time later.
EDITED TO ADD: Nope! In the recent X-MEN 1, the Blackbird is being renamed to "honor John's sacrifice," i.e. John Proudstar's, and Scott mentions "those of us who never lived to see Krakoa." So there has to be a gap before page 9 where that issue can happen before Thunderbird can be resurrected. Well, it seems like Legion's been hard to get ahold of, anyway.
(I mean, there's also the problem that Petra and Sway have both definitely been resurrected in the Krakoan era, and they definitely died before Thunderbird, but that seems like an issue that can't be resolved by this kind of tinkering.)

The flashbacks in INFERNO 2 (12-18) seem to go somewhere in this period, and Sinister's conversation with Mystique would be a useful guide to when exactly they go, if the Council didn't seem to meet practically every day!
The main action of INFERNO takes place over four days, but it's presented in somewhat scrambled chronology:

DAY 8:
King in Black ends in morning--probably Christmas morning, given the context of KiB: Iron Man/Doom (in which Doom must be a Doombot, thanks to Guardians of the Galaxy) and KiB: Immortal Hulk.
X-FORCE 18 (1-7): Night. Logan pops in to the Summer House briefly, but he's got some unfinished vampire business.
WOLVERINE 11 (1-4): Logan dealing with vampires in Minneapolis, late at night.
DAY 9:
MARAUDERS 18 (1-18): Madripoor.

And then 16 (1-5), at the end of which the X-Men show up--the earliest time, chronology-wise, that we get to see the new teem in action! (Might be that evening.)
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 15 (18-20): After S.W.O.R.D. 6, and "two days" after previous scene. The Last Annihilation begins.
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 16 seems to be right after that. (Doom isn't present because he's having a "diplomatic dinner" in S.W.O.R.D. 7.)
S.W.O.R.D. 7 (1-16): Storm's comment to Doom about "our respective marriages" suggests that this is after Fantastic Four #34. (Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to work, as Paul O'Brien points out, thanks to contingencies involving FF #28, 31 and 35, as well as The Marvels. Whoops.)

WAY OF X 4 is not long after the Gala, and if we're looking for a reason why Xavier would not look into how exactly Hope got that Cerebro helmet she was using the day before, this issue provides a good one!

WAY OF X 5 is probably the day after #4, still "mere days" after the Gala (Xavier is resurrected). Abigail Brand moves from the Peak to the Keep immediately after it.

INFERNO 1 (35-40): "Later" at the Quiet Council meeting.
INFERNO 2 (10-37): The meeting continues; then Emma learns the truth about Moira. (INFERNO 2 (28:1) ~ INFERNO 4 (14:1))
X-FORCE 24 must take place here: Xavier recruits Colossus.
INFERNO DAY 3:
INFERNO 2 (38-40): Colossus voted in.
INFERNO 3 (11-17): "two days" after INFERNO 3 (10). (The "recent exceptions" include Wanda and maybe Maddy.) Note that the "four months ago"/"two months ago" in the early scenes must actually be "four months later"/"two months later."

I've made a few adjustments to the above. The bigger ones, for the record:
* CABLE 7 (1-2) are actually on the evening of Day 0 (i.e. several hours after the end of X of Swords).
* NEW MUTANTS 14 has been moved to Day 2: Warlock implies that Doug and Bei have not yet left for their honeymoon, and a few days definitely pass between this issue and #15. I'm pretty sure we don't see the Quiet Council meeting, as such, between Day 4 and Day 11--Sinister's gone anyway--so it works for Doug and Bei to be somewhere else (maybe Chandilore). Doug's back for the Council meeting in S.W.O.R.D. 5 on Day 12.
* Relatedly: the Green Lagoon party in Marvel's Voices: Pride /8 is most likely Doug and Bei's reception!
* Logan's itinerary vis-a-vis Madripoor has been adjusted a bit, since WOLVERINE 8/2 leads directly into #9 and 10 (1-13)... and it's not "a few days" after Logan arrived, it's a few days after Maverick arrived! Also, he's wearing a white suit in that Wolverine sequence and a black jacket in CABLE 9, so he has to have gone back to Madripoor to take care of some business, which has been moved to Day 4 to accommodate his vampire-hunting appearances in X-Force and Wolverine.
* Doom's travels with the Guardians mean that the "Doom" in KING IN BLACK: IRON MAN/DOOM must be a Doombot (no reason he can't be).
* As I mentioned over in the post-Inferno thread, since Bobby is apparently terraforming Mars on the New Year's Eve of the '21 Hellfire Gala (and Christian Frost is off getting killed), the digital-only MIGHTY MARVEL HOLIDAY SPECIAL: ICEMAN'S NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS works if it's moved to the following year's New Year's Eve (i.e. soon after Dark Web).
* I've also added Storm's fight with Nameless, seen in flashback in S.W.O.R.D. 8 and more extensively in X-MEN RED 1 (where it's identified as "just before the Hellfire Gala").
* And here's a glitch: in S.W.O.R.D. 5, Hope tells Cortez that she's the one who "drew the short straw" and restored his mind, but in INFERNO 2 (5:2 - 7:3), Hope says she hasn't put a soul back in a body before, and that has to happen after the Gala. Hm. Maybe there's a distinction between Xavier pulling the info from the Cerebro helmet and Hope doing it? Any better explanations, perhaps making use of the difference between "mind" and "soul"? Nope, it's not Hope, it's Jean, who just has freckles in that scene for some reason.
