ULTA and ULTSM2

ULTSM2 1-15 is currently placed before ULTA 1-6, but the story of ULTA 1-6 is said to take place approximately three weeks after ULTIMATUM, while ULTSM2 1 begins six months later.
For Carol Danvers there is no problem for her to reverse appearances.
However, it must be placed before the meeting between Iron Man and Spider-Man in ULTSM 150 (9 - 16) -FB, which Tony says took place a few days before ULTSM 150.
As for Johnny Storm, he appears in a very short cameo at visiting the Triskelion in ULTA 2. He can easily be before he moves in with Peter Parker.

The time scan of Ultimate Avengers 1-2 is also a bit of a review.
ULTA 1 opens with Nick Fury arriving at the Triskelion (under reconstruction) accompanied by Hawkeye to deal with the Captain America situation.
Starting on page 6 is the flashback to the day before, in which Captain America and Hawkeye clash with the AIM and Cap finds out about Red Skull, and takes up the rest of the issue.
ULTA 2 opens with the flashback to 1945, and from page 5 the story shifts to "today", but today is a direct sequel to ULTA 1's flashback, which tells how Cap defected. Following this, Nick Fury is recalled, for which the first 5 pages of ULTA 1 take place between page 9 and page 10 of ULTA 2, before the meeting between Carol Danvers and Nick Fury.
