Rapture II and Rapture III the same person?

We currently list the Rapture from WX:KANE and the Rapture from the W/CA limited series as separate characters. However, reading these issues, the character looks the same and has the same origin story as a rogue SHIELD agent leading a group called the Contingency. I believe that RAPTURE II and RAPTURE III should be combined to a single entry like so, and RAPTURE III deleted:

RAPTURE II
WX:KANE
W/CA 1
W/CA 2
W/CA 3
W/CA 4
