Typhoon II/Kwan Tai Fung isn’t actually a hero/villain, it’s just her nickname/play on her name. She’s a private investigator with no super abilities. I suggest she should be listed as Kwan “Typhoon” Tai Fung (maybe with a redirect from “Typhoon II” where anyone might be looking for her?).
