WASP III

Nadia is currently listed as WASP III/NADIA PYM. However, she's "Nadia Van Dyne", not "Nadia Pym" - she didn't have a last name until she got US citizenship in UWASP 8, and then she asked for Jan's permission to use Van Dyne as her surname:
