Where should the single panel with Dean Wilkerson be slotted into TTA 62/2 for Rick Jones's chronology?

In his Marvel Appendix profile, Loki postulates that Cap may have insisted Rick keep up his education at this time, and he finds no reason that both scenarios with Cap and Dean Wilkerson couldn't have occurred. That being the case, it's likely that Rick would have squared his absence with Dean Wilkerson first, before seeing Cap. That also being the case, Rick's appearance with Wilkerson in MWA 15 would take place immediately prior to his appearance with Cap in TTA 62/2, and would look like this..
