The correct order is Wolverine’s, with the events of CA 402-407 leading right into IW 1.

Also, in DSSS 41, page 10, panels 2 to 7, the Eye of Agamotto shows Dr. Strange a flashback to Wolverine being captured before being possessed and sent to kill Stephen, which is what happens during the issue.
The flashback also reveals that a new Nameless One has assumed leadership of the Undying Ones, different than the double-torsoed demon last appearing in DEF 20. This new Nameless One is apparently killed by Wolverine in the issue.

When the Undying Ones next appear in FI:DEEP 2 and 3, their Nameless One leader possesses Tiger Shark and adopts his body but with two heads; his real shape isn’t shown and one can only assume by the two heads that it might be the same first double-torsoed Nameless One making a comeback.

Nameless One II is, of course, an unrelated human character who first appears in an issue of Daredevil prior to DSSS 41.
