Kingpin in PWZ 4?

Wilson Fisk does not appear in PWZ 4. The Kingping-looking bald character appearing in the issue is a Rikers’ guard who rats out the Punisher for posing as ‘Johnny Tower’ to the Carbone family. He learns Frank Castle and ‘Johnny Tower’ are the same person while overhearing prison inmates talking about it on page 12; then on page 13, Andy Calabrese, an associate to the Carbones, introduces him during a family meeting to convince Julius Carbone that Mickey Fondozzi and ‘Johnny Tower’ are ‘just a couple of rathole punks’.
Not only isn’t the Kingpin in the issue but in fact the whole storyline (PWZ 1-11) happens after the Kingpin goes into hiding at the conclusion of DD 300. By issue 2 of Punisher War Zone the Carbones are described as a New York based family looking to spread their influence ‘now that the Kingpin is out of the picture’. This probably places the Punisher’s appearance in the storyline further down his chronology, but of course I haven’t gone that far to figure where exactly it all might fall.
