Also, while I'm sure the writer intended Mordo to be Karl, given that we know from Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme#6/2 that Karl was born in 1921, making him more or less the same age as Namor, who is in his early teens in KiB: Namor#2, the adult being called Mordo can't be Karl. And since the same DSSS story showed that Karl's dad died when Karl was fairly young, it might be tricky for it to be Nikolai Mordo either. It might feasibly be Nikolai in KiB IF (a) the story takes place circa 1931 say, and (b) 11 year old Namor looked old for his years (feasible - we don't know how fast Atlanteans mature), and (c) Karl Mordo was about 10 when Nikolai died and just looked young for his age.
