In NM 13, Professor X feels another scanning wave (he's the only one who we see feel four of them) and the Beyonder doesn't appear plainly, so it should be a BTS appearance.
Mr. Fantastic detecting a wave in FF 263 seems to be placed too late, at the same time than A 242: Reed is communicating with Vision at the time, and Vision's next appearance is A 240.
In A 242, the Avengers sense a wave just before the structure appears in Central Park: it shouldn't be placed at the same time than UX 180 (3) (the week before the X-Men are abducted) and ASM 250 (11:3 - 13:1) (Spidey has some other appearances before he's taken).
All those BTS appearances are for the scanning waves, or Denver being sent in space, or the Enchantress being taken in Asgard.
Shouldn't we have them too for the structure appearing in Central Park, for each hero being taken, and for the structure disappearing?
Spider-Man experiences the first scanning wave during an afternoon pool party (ASM 249). This fits well enough with the Vision first detecting the scanning wave in A 240.
Prof X first experiences the scanning wave in the evening (UX 178), which fits well enough with the Vision detecting the second scanning wave in A 241. I believe that Prof X missed the first scanning wave due to being aboard the Starjammer. He only returned to Earth earlier that same evening in UX 177. Later that same evening, Prof X experiences another stronger scanning wave, this time specifically focused upon him (UX 179). This fits with Prof X not being on Earth during the Beyonder's first scan. The Beyonder detected Xavier with the second scan, and then focused another scan on him.
In M/TU 138, Spidey recently experienced a more intense scan, which i believe was the same scan experienced by Prof X and Vision in UX 178 & A 241.
UX 179 concludes early the following morning. ASM 249 picks up again the following afternoon.
Sometime later, Prof X experiences another scanning wave, once again in the evening (NM 13).
Then, one morning, Reed and Vision detect another scanning wave (FF 263), as does Prof X in UX 180. Spider-Man also detects this latest scan simultaneously in ASM 250. Reed has been monitoring the scans, and in FF 264 he's able to trace this latest scan to Central Park.
In A 242, Vision brings the scanning waves to the attention of the rest of the Avengers. Vision tells them he's detected two waves, although he must have detected three at this point, since he was still incorporeal in FF 263. He also tells the Avengers that Reed hasn't been able to trace their source, placing Avengers 242 (1 - 14) prior to FF 264 (7 - 22).
Internal evidence from the original comics, and also from Spider-Man: Marvels Snapshots 1, indicates that all of this takes place during the Autumn, if not specifically October. The Beyonder then apparently ceased the scans, before abducting the heroes just after Christmas.
Spider-Man: Marvels Snapshots 1 specifically places Spidey's battle with Hobgoblin prior to the Falcon Mini-Series, placing A 241 & 242 (1 - 14) prior to Falcon 3-4. CA 290-292 take place during November and December, culminating at Christmas.
I would suggest the following alterations to existing chronologies..
