According to Official Index for Captain America, Young Allies Comics 5 occurs between Captain America Comics 18/3 and 19 for Cap and Bucky. I know that it appears as [YALLIESC 5] in the listings, meaning that the issue still needs more analysis, but is there any reason why it listed in this order for those characters? If there is no other document to support their placement as listed by MCP, I would recommend these changes to comply with official document:
