Superior Spider-Man vol. 3 1/2

In this story set in the past, Spider-Boy finds out Spider-Man has gone violent. The replacement FF from 2013 (Fraction/Allred) offer Spider-Boy a place with the Future Foundation.

In Avenging Spider-Man 17, the FF still trust Spider-Man to babysit their young charges.

Octavius becomes openly violent in SUSM 4-6 where he kills Massacre and beats up two villains on TV and the Avengers decide to bring him in. In A5 6-9 he's in good standing.

So the story has to take place between AVENGSM 17 and SUSM 4-6.
