Howard lists BIZADV 34/2 & HTD 32-33 prior to Contest of Champions, but these issues should be placed after this, both by Howard's internal chronology and publication dates. Contest of Champions was published July-Sept 82, Bizarre Adventures 34 was published Feb 83, and HTD 32 & 33 were published in Jan & Sept 86, after a hiatus of several years.
